Their sign says open till 9pm, but in reality they stop serving at 850pm. Last night I was craving a sandwich. Pulled in the lot at 845pm. Told my brother my order, he opened the door at 850pm and was told they were closed. My brother and I were upset, if your closing time is different than what is posted then you need to change your time.I called this afternoon to complain, I spoke to a lead who said that a manager was not available, but that he worked last night and recalled speaking to my brother. He said they always prep to close prior to 9pm, and although their clock is fast, if it shows 9pm they are not allowed to assist a customer. If they know their clock is fast, why not correct it. Why have your floors mopped , chairs on top of tables and ingredients put up before closing time? Why wasn't the door locked if indeed they were closed? I know, no one wants a last minute customer, but they had a full 10 minutes to complete my order. As a matter of fact 6 additional customers walked into Smoothie King who also closes at 9pm, yet they were served.This location will no longer get my business, unless they honor their closing time.

Tried you guys for the first time through the delivery app and ordered 2 sandwiches, 3 bags of chips and two brownies.I received the two sandwiches, that's it. And sure, I got credit back on the app but it doesn't help the in the now with missing items and someone looking forward to said items.Idk how you have 6 items on a ticket, only two in the bag, and say "that seems right" and send it on out.The sandwiches were decent but if it's common to be missing items for a delivery, don't waste your time or money.

I had a super late notice catering order at 8:30 AM to be picked up at 11:45 AM. It was done they were nice and I would recommend this place. I have been here a few times and the staff is super friendly.

Hard to believe I'd never been to a Jersey Mike's since I like subs. I wanted to compare it to Subway, which on the whole is pretty decent. I was impressed. I ordered online and went there to pick it up. The place was neat as a pin, very clean, bright and cheery. Two employees enthusiastically greeted me, and one wished me 'Happy Holidays' when I left. (People actually say that!) My order was ready, even tho I arrived early. Everything, including my options, was exactly the way I asked. Very tasty. I would say it is between a Subway 6 inch and footlong sandwich, but with a little more of everything. Cost for the sub alone was $11.00 with tax. That strikes me as pricey, but it was good. I guess they have to pay Danny Divito something to endorse it!

I like everything about subs there. I usually get the club sub and it is fantastic. The meat seems to be fresh all the time and the several different type bread are fresh and delicious. The staff are nice and friendly as well. I strongly recommend this place for sub lovers.Parking: There are 3 or 4 spots right in front of store but there are many more parking spots in the lot.

Me and my fiancée went to get some dinner, it was about 8pm. It was pretty busy when we came in and this woman that was waiting for “20 mins”, which was more like ten was getting snippy with the employees. There were four people working and I could tell they were working hard. People have been short staffed since Covid, have some grace on your retail/ food workers. We did have a bit of a wait, but no matter how many times I’ve eaten here, it has been so bomb every time! I will always come here, even if I have to wait because they always make the food so yummy. Keep up the good work guys! Ps the girl with the black hair slays, she’s so sweet and made sure we got exactly what we ordered and in a timely fashion.

Waited 20+min for a single sandwich order with 4 people behind the line. I literally sat and listened to the grill cook ask coworker 4x how to make the sandwich which consisted of 3 items and sauce! Really? Get it together man! Tables were all dirty, only 1 person on the line greeted me with a smile and was friendly. Sad, I like this place but never wanted to walk in and wait 20min + for a sandwich on my way home…Hire some quality people and you wouldn’t have this problem.

Decided to give Jersey Mike's a try ! I was working and needed something quick and tasty. This did the job. The service was great. Friendly and fast. The place was clean and inviting. I tried the supreme club, and it was delicious. I usually stick to an Italian type of sandwich. But this was a nice switch up. I got it Jersey Mike's style as well. I was impressed. If you're looking for a good sub, this place won't disappoint.

On par with the original “Jerry’s Subs”, University Boulevard, Wheaton Maryland ! It was just one location, however they decided after Jerry passed away to franchise it into several different locations, it wasn’t the same at all, much smaller overall and the best thing the original Jerry subs had was he had grilled onions always ready to go and that will be regular uncooked onions any day of the week month year eternity. Jersey Mike’s subs was extremely close to what Jerry subs was, that’s why five stars across-the-board.

Great service! Everyone was friendly and fast. #7 Turkey and provolone meal for less than $15. A little more expensive than other sandwhich shops but, the higher quality ingredients and outstanding service are well worth it.
