Food is always fantastic. I don’t know the name of the employee that helped me in the drive thru, but he was tan and had dark hair and a beard. He had very good vibes and a friendly smile. Very kind energy. Made sure that my soda cup was full after the initial bubbles subsided. 10/10

Long wait in the drive thru (about 3-5 minutes) for a company that advertises speedy service. Super disappointed. The food was, as always, great. The crew also got my order right, so that was also a plus.

Of the three Jimmy John's in my area this is probably the one I visit the least. It just seems to be really slow. I have used it in the past for delivery for lunch when I'm work but the employees aren't the friendliest. I like their summer wraps menu especially the Tai Chicken Wrap but with a $10 price tag I just can't order them very often.
We ordered lunch for my self and my coworkers and the chicken wrap was absolutely terrible tastes like canned chicken with a hint of tuna.All the sandwiches were thrown together mayo only on one end hardly any ingredients inside. Just very disappointing definitely not worth what we paid for 6 people. I understand companies have there ups abd down as does the one I work for, but I atleast want my food to be edible.
