Decent food. It use to be fast, now it's more like freaky slow. Ordered online at 12:20. Drove to the store for pickup, waited until 12:40 for the food. Only ordered two sandwiches, not difficult.

In my quest to find the best sub sandwich, I couldn't omit ordering from Jimmy John's. Haven't been to one in 15 years so I figured it was time. I ordered online and went to pick it up. It was ready when I got there. The restaurant was nice and clean. The sub was expertly wrapped and delivered by a friendly woman at counter. Ordered the way I like, it was an Italian sub: delicious and the ingredients seemed fresh. It also was reasonably priced by today's infaltionary standards. I'd go back.

This is the third time I've made an order from this location and it was either wrong or I didn't get it at all. 30 minutes when I am a mile down the road is absurd. No one wants to hear how you have one driver and one person in store. I am sorry for the supply and demand issue but take down your ability to order online if that is the case. It's frixkin Jimmy John's how are you having difficulty finding drivers?? Isn't that part of the whole business model 'freaky fast?' I called after 30 minutes and the sandwich hadn't even been made yet! I appreciate the apology but a phone call to let the customer know would have been more appropriate when you KNOW it's going to be close to an hour. Don't you think? I would have been more understanding. Instead, you'll no longer get my business. Judging by the rest of the reviews. Maybe these owners should sell to someone who will put in better management??

I went to this location for the first time on Tuesday before work and ordered a Tai Chicken Wrap through the drive through. At the window, he repeated my order back and swiped my card. I went back to work with my wrap and it was a chicken Caesar wrap instead. Upsetting but not the end of the world. I gave them a second chance last night and kept it simple with a #1 Pepe. I was the only one in the drive through... there was no way they could possibly mess up my order. When I got back to work to eat, it was a dry roast beef sandwich. I'm not sure what the issue is but I will not be returning. Sorry not sorry.

I love eating here during the summer months because I absolutely love the Tai chicken wrap (even though I very much dislike the almost $10 price tag). But this location seems to always out of something- cucumbers, the crunchy topping, etc. so that's a bit frustrating especially considering the price.

We love Jimmy Johns... order it 3 or 4 times a month for delivery. Everyone is always super nice and the food is usually great. However, the delivery service has been very disappointing lately. Definitely not the people delivering it, they always apologize for the wait, and it's beyond their control when they are busy and don't have enough help... I just mean the amount of time it takes to get it. Tonight we ordered our food at 5:15pm, still wasn't here at 6:20pm so I called to see how much longer it would be. I got informed it is ready, they are just busy and waiting for the delivery guy to get back. Here's to hoping we get our food by 7:15pm ?. Not feeling the freaky fast hype ?‍♀️

I just ordered food and walked in and no one said a word to me. I was really early so I knew I had to wait a little. They put me sandwiches on the counter but never asked my name to see if the order was mine! The servers were all talking about soccer! The manager did hand me tops for my drink. Once home my sub was completely incorrect. Will not be back!
