Ordered Delivery through the website. Expected Pizza Hut to delivery and instead just ahead of Door dash showing up I receive messages saying that door dash wash on it way. I do not want door dash to EVER deliver food to my door. I ordered through Pizza Hut and expected PIZZA hut to deliver it. Then door dash delivered only a part of my order.... COLD. Then when I told the "dasher" that my order was not complete... I was told to contact door dash. I DID NOT ORDER THROUGH DOOR DASH. I called Pizza hut and complained and was told that she didn't have a driver and so door dash was used and that if the order is before 6 door dash will be used. My order was put in after 6p.m.I have been ordering from this pizza hut for years and this is the first I have ever heard of this. PIZZA hut needs to have a disclaimer that they will use door dash in the event their driver is not yet available because they are on another order. Pizza Hut has LOST my business due to this. If I wanted door dash... I would have gone through door dash to process my order. This is TERRIBLE service..... My order was COLD and missing a pizza. Pizza hut basically said that this is not their fault and the person working for door dash said to contact a company that I wasn't doing business with. I am surrounded by pizza places... I can and will find pizza elsewhere in the future and will advise Everyone I know to do the same.

This Mama is forever grateful for the 2 gentleman work at this location tonight!I ordered for that location by mistake, well website error. I started to my usual place and realized it.I was almost 20 minutes late and they still waited on me, gave me my warm food. And were the nicest ever.My kids are extremely happy because of their kindness and for that this Mama is happy! 1000 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you two gentlemen ❤️❤️

The boneless wings are wonderful! They are huge, moist and the breading is great. Their sauces left much to be desired. The garlic parmesan is their garlic sauce with a little bit of parmesan cheese on top. The Garlic-Q sauce is their BBQ sauce with their garlic sauce squirted in it. I was very disappointed.Our server was wonderful. He let us know he was going on break after he refilled our drinks and brought over the person covering for him.That's a win in my book!The atmosphere was lacking...

Pizza Hut saves the day! After a large order for a school group was cancelled (without notification!) by another pizza chain, this Pizza Hut agreed to make my 15 pizzas in 20 minutes at 10:00 at night. The staff went above and beyond to help! I am so grateful. And as he loaded the pizzas in our van, his statement could not be truer...."No one out pizzas the Hut!"
Not sure what's going on with their delivery fees. $4.49 for a delivery fee that's NOT going to the driver as a tip. Unfortunately if this continues will be going elsewhere.

I always go here for pizza and for Pizza Hut food! I live in Bellevue, but I'll make the drive to this Pizza Hut always! The service is great nice people, pizza is hot, cooked all the way and ready on time! I've never had a problem!

Ordered 2 large pizzas with bread sticks tonight. Was delivered faster than the website said. Both pizzas were hot and look good. However, it was the wrong crust. I called and the lady was very polite and resolved the situation quickly. Will include photos to show how good they looked. *****Felt it only fair to update my review. The new pizzas arrived and looked just like the first ones. I called and was told Pizza Hut changed the original pan crust and that what I got was in fact the "original pan crust" It's unfortunate that they did that. It was my favorite part of the pizza. Not a fan of the new formula and sadly, will be the last time I eat Pizza Hut pizza.

The pizza is usually 3 stars at best, but..this Pizza Hut has a drive thru. They get a extra star for that.
