Hi! I wish I could have had a better experience. I worked at Pizza Ranch in Sioux Center for four years and had a hard time seeing no pizza, chicken, or salad bar up to date at 6:45pm on a Saturday night. There was a party that came in of about 20 people and there was absolutely no pizza or chicken ready to go for them, let alone the buffet wasn't even ready to go for others. There were only two people that I witnessed working hard and it was the manager and the salad bar girl working. All buffets were dirty and had leftover food on the sides, no tables were being cleaned, and the ice cream machine had some type of solid liquid underneath that was not being cleaned up. I understand short-staffing, but that means the staff on-hand has to be working much harder. My husband and I paid 27.50 for an unsatisfactory meal and a dissapointing experience. Pizza Ranch is supposed to be a LEGENDARY experience and that was the complete opposite of what we experienced. Unfortunately it made me sad as I know the quality of a Pizza Ranch experience to be great for the guests.

Super horrible service. No staff. They were out of food except old burnt wings. Old pizza salad bar was nasty no dressing old withered lettuce. All the noodles were crusty and old. The sauce was burnt on. All the food areas were disgusting. The wife had to use the bathroom it was nasty she waited till we got home. Anything and everything that could be bad at a restaurant was this place. The worst experience ever. I hate McDonald's with a passion but I would eat there before ever eating at pizza ranch again

Went on a Sunday, there was very little pizza out, the salad bar was running low on everything and the ice cream machine was broken. We waited for dessert pizza but there was none. We waited for more pizza but the same ones were there the whole time. Breadsticks were brought out but gone within minutes. This place has severely gone downhill. What a disappointment.

Worst dining experience of my life. Ate their on October 9, 2021 and got severe food poisoning. I had to go to midlands emergency room with severe cramps and rectal bleeding. Food was not tasty and the green beans and pizza was cold from the buffet line. Not well managed this particular day. Not impressed with this location in Papillon Nebraska because their food made me very ill.

Poor Customer service all around. We arrived 1:15 minutes before close, there were cars in the parking lot, people inside, but the doors were locked. We went back to our car and I tried to call them with no answer, when we were leaving I saw a family speaking with an employee at the door. They said they had the worst experience ever and are just trying to get back inside to get their forgotten keys. I tried to call again and see why the doors were locked, again no answer. I pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted by the rudest employee ever. I asked if we could come in or if they closed early. He told me that they were still open but his manager was in the bathroom so there was nothing he could do. I asked him if he could at the very least help the lady at the door get her keys. She had an elderly couple, toddler and an infant with her and just wanted to go home. He repeated his manager was in the bathroom and there was nothing he could do and proceeded to close the window on me. We have had subpar food and service there in the past and we went in a direct request of one of my kids. We took our business to another local buffet and we will not be returning. Even my 7 yr old problem solved the lady getting her keys by suggesting the employee just take them out to her if they couldn't let her back in. Absolutely terrible customer service and unacceptable how they treat customers.

This is the most disgusting Pizza Ranch I have ever been too! Food wasn't fresh, no new pizzas came out, chicken potatoes and more were empty during my entire 45 min there. Floor had food all over, tables were full of dirty dishes!! Seriously, you couldn't have someone go clear off tables? Of course not, the two at the front were busy talking to each other instead of working. Do not, I repeat do not go to this pizza ranch location!! For the price I paid, I expect better.

So my wife and I came here to eat and they only had two staff members. The guy at the counter was still friendly. They still cleaned our table and had fresh food on the buffet.That service gets 5 stars for showing up and still delivering a fast & friendly service even with limited help.Thanks!
I normally really like Pizza Ranch and I was really excited to go there with my daughter. Today, the chicken was rubbery, like it had been microwaved. I only ate two slices of sausage pizza because it had a strange, chemical-like smell and an odd taste. I could not bring myself to eat any more and I was very disappointed. I hope they fix whatever was wrong because I like Pizza Ranch very much!

I guess the holiday on Monday had them run down. The pizza was OK. The salad bar was out of ranch at all 4 places it was offered. The chicken was old as my inlaws and no more was brought out the entire time we were there. Honestly, we only stopped in because Firehouse was closed. Not really impressed.

There was only the assistant manager and one employee at the front. All tables were stacked with dirty plates and food. Came in with wife and toddlers and ended up clearing and cleaning a table so we could have a place to sit. The buffet was very limited in what was out to choose from. Food was old and the salad bar was mostly empty. There was no silverware and very few plates. I spent $40 and was not pleased with this visit. The assistant manager and employees did a good job while being understaffed. Everything else was very poor and was not worth the money spent.

It's essentially a buffet with three sections. One section is pizza, one is a salad bar, and one is American cuisine (fried chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, stuffing, etc.). If there isn't a pizza you want on the pizza section you can request a pizza with your preferred toppings. They will then cook it, stop by your table to offer you however many slices you want, and then put the remainder on the buffet for everyone. Pizza is what I consider sort of standard buffet pizza (crowd-pleaser style formulated to appeal to the widest audience). Fried chicken is pretty tasty.Employees are always very friendly.They have spiked prices quite a bit. I had an old takeout menu from 10/2018 and I recently picked up a new 4/2021 version. So, for grins, I compared them. A small pizza has gone from $6.99 to $9.99. That's a 43% price increase in a little less than 3 years. Wow.
