Sandwiches were great, bread just right and fresh ingredients. When we got there there was only one person working the counter and one on break. But apparently 3 more either showed up or came from the back while we were there. Point being we couldn't find a clean table, we wiped one down ourselves. They did have a covid measures sign that stated they keep common areas wiped down.... seems like a good place for tasty sandwiches, I may give it another chance to see if the messy tables was a rare occurrence.

Personally I don't mind but for the sake of other people and those who have allergies I'll be writing this review. This is only my second time in the shop I had gotten the same salad both times. The powerhouse... the first time It was fine. Everything was on it, nothing was missing. The second time I went in and ordered the salad. It had everything on it BUT grapes... apples and raisins.. or dried cranberries? All of these three items are on DIFFERENT salads. I've read the reviews and this seems to be a continuous problem. If you have specific allergies ... please don't go here .. they might mess up your order and put something you're allergic to in your meal

Just went through the drive thru. Get home and I got the wrong sandwich, I drive back tell them I received the wrong sandwich the girl behind the counter takes it from me hands it to the person waiting for it, then hands me mine and continues working?!!! Have they heard of Covid? I took the sandwich out of the wrapper when I figured out it was the wrong sandwich so I wrapped it back up and returned it.I told the girl I unwrapped it. She just looked at me?!!! ??♂️

I have recommended potbelly to all of my friends. We eat there very often or order delivery. The food is amazing and you get a lot of it for such a low price. If I could i would give 100 stars.

20 minutes for two cars in the drive-through. Online orders are more important than an actual person PHYSICALLY waiting. Will not be back. Are used to enjoy this place in Minnesota before it even came to Omaha. Shame

This visit was much better than my first, which was a year ago. The sandwich was tasty and filling. Chicken was grilled and was not sliced but kinda shredded. Bread was nice.

You have gone down hill considerably since you first opened. I ordered a sandwich with avocado on it. There were slices of bad avocados with black spots on them. I wouldn’t serve this to a friend much less a paying customer and doubt very much you’d eat it like that yourself. Your sandwiches are not cheap, this ingredient was not fresh. I took pics of how bad the avocado looked.
