Several weeks ago the coffee shop overcharged me by three times the amount when using the app. I told them at the time and they wouldn't refund my money. I've contacted the company several times they have not gotten back to me. The app had multiple malfunctions when I was using it to place an order. The coffee shop said there's nothing they can do about it. They told me I had to contact the company through the app, which I did. The company hasn't done anything about it either.

Have stopped there 6 days a week usually in am but also at night. Today I bought my usual order and also a 50.00 gift card , when I pulled up to pay I gave her a 50 for the card and 20 for the drink I was asked if I had anything smaller which I told her no and she said she can't take the 50 dollar bill, I'd understand if I had a 8 dollar order and needed change but literally the 50 was theirs for the gift card, no change needed and the 20 was for my drink. not everyone likes using cards and still pay for stuff in cash. to be told they wouldn't provide me with a paid service if I use cash is crazy.again no change was needed the 50 was their's. i don't get it. easily have used this location for over 8yrs. will use another location from here on out. They will survive without me I'm sure

I always come to this scooter and something about it makes it my favorite one to go too ! How kind everyone is, as well as their great customer service! Especially today I came and Lexa and Mercey were willing to help me and got me through the line QUICK!! I love this scooters!!! ?Kid-friendliness: My little brother even wants to always come to this scooters because their willing to also talk to him and make him feel included!!

Alway nice to get a blended drink at Scooter’s. Butterscotch Carmel latte was very good. Continue to have new and different drinks, plus their regular drinks. Nice place to go in with friends to drink and talk. Please note that the chocolate chip cookies (warmed up ) are a must get.

This has nothing to do with a particular location. Every year people look forward to the Lucky Leprechaun drink in Mar. to not have it this yr bc of the 25 bday celebration was a horrible marketing decision. Many people will be disappointed and upset to not have this drink this yr.

I really used to like this location before l stopped seeing my favorite barista Martin. It’s been a while since I’ve seen him and the service has gotten a lot slower since then. All the baristas seem to be trying their best to keep up, especially the short blonde lady. Unfortunately, I have to stop going to this location now due to service speeds in the morning on my way to work.
