Most welcoming place I’ve ever been! Kris Gabbi and Heidi are some of the most wonderful people I’ve ever had to pleasure of meeting! I come everyday just to see their faces! And they make my drinks perfectly every time, no matter what I ask for ❤️❤️❤️
The ladies working today were above and beyond kind to me. I accidentally ordered the wrong drink. I thought I’d try something new and what I ordered turned out to be more of a slushee than a coffee, totally my fault. I went in the store when I realized and asked to purchase a new drink and explained my mistake. They made me a new drink, free of charge, based on what I explained I wanted. Was charged full price for both drinks for the BOGO coupon I had. Tried calling 4 times with no answer.Update: Drove back and they told me their phone system was down. The shift manager was able to refund my account the difference. Wish I didn’t have to drive all the way back in order to make this right, but at least the issue was resolved.
