Me and my husband stopped into try the new pretzel and 2 ladies behind the counter. Neither of them greeted us or waited on us. One of the ladies had pajamas on still working behind the counter her shirt looked like a bra. Awful experience

I'm pretty sure the guy making my sandwich was high. The bread was wrong, the sandwich wasn't wrapped properly so the ends of the sandwich were just out in the open and spilled everywhere. The app said my sandwich was ready after twenty minutes and yet when I walked in the two people working said that they "just got a bunch of online orders". Which is code for we weren't paying attention and got behind. Thirty minutes for a sandwich all together. No other customers were in the store either so they weren't busy.

Waited behind a line of 3 people and it still took them 25 minutes before my order of two sandwiches was completed. We had both of our sandwiches toasted but they sat on the counter getting cold before they ever added toppings.

Subway owner decides he won’t take subway coupons after your sandwiches are completed. Instead of buy one get one with large pop and cost $13.50. I paid $25.30 cause nothing posted about not taking subway coupons. The gal was real nice and said franchise owner doesn’t take coupons.I would like to know why someone would run a business like this as I did like this location. Now I will drive to another location to get a subway.Remember to ask if a subway takes your coupon and picks and chooses which ones they may accept.Hope the owner would change hisPolicy or put a pink sign NO COUPONS ACCEPTED.

So frustrating! Had to repeat what I wanted many times and the young man still couldn't get it right. My daughter got a kids meal, she wanted pop instead and they couldn't give me a straight answer if I could just pay the difference. So, I bought the pop at full price. To say I was frustrated when it was all said and done would be an understatement!!

It's Subway, so I'll say the food met expectation. The two staff helping me were terrific.
With shops like Pepper Jacks and Jersey Mikes and Jimmy Johns around its hard to believe Subway is still in business.

The Subway in Shadow Lake Papillion must be struggling with quality workers. The past two times we have ordered online there were problems with the orders. The first time, they hadn’t started the order at the pick up time. We walked in and there were no other customers and the employees were just standing there talking to each other. The second time, today, we ordered for online pick up and they were out of one of the sandwiches. You give your phone number when ordering online. They should’ve called us. Again, there were no other customers inside when we went to pick up. I guess the lesson to us is not to use the online service at this location.

I changed my 5 star to a 3 because I called 4 time last night to get hung up on. Then when I get there was three of them and only one made all my sandwiches.

I've been to quite a few Subways and this one gets my vote. Nate is very good at his job. He makes a great sandwich and has great attention to detail. I have been here and ordered from Nate quite a bit lately and he is always on his game. Great job Nate.
