“Went in, and ordered a pair of the special “bomb” shrimp taco, & a few of the standard street tacos they offer & washed down with a margarita. The street taco while good, are on the plain side for my preferences. The specialty shrimp tacos were the best part imo, atmosphere is decent, I’d be a solid “Happy Hour” watering hole for a beverage & grip late afternoon to early evening. Though depending on your preferences taste wise order accordingly.Parking: I’d think they would have plenty of parking 90% of the time.Kid-0Wheelchair accessibility: Due to the location I cannot recall if the sidewalk is ramped or not? Even if it’s not largest obstacle would be the 3-4” over the one curb. Yet, as I said I cannot say for sure either way.“
“We ordered the birria and Korean carnitas street tacos, elote tots, and the birria torta. We also got an aqua Fresca and a Pacifico beer. Our total was only $40 which is very reasonable. The food was really good, nothing mind blowing, but I loved all the different options they have. It seems to be mostly a blend of Mexican and Asian cuisine. It’s nice they have alcohol there if you want a couple beers, but their mango aqua Fresca was delicious! The elote tots were really good too! I did think the tacos and birria torta could have used more seasoning, slightly bland. But for the price and amount of food we got, I would say it was a good value. Very unique menu that I haven’t seen in Omaha!“
“10☆ rating here. This is my official 40th different pizza establishment I've had the pleasure to enjoy trying there pizza. The Ruben pizza was out of this world if I could give it a 10☆ I'd say 11.Hands down in my top 10 of all time.Had the Red harvest as well wich is a deluxe pepperoni & definitely one worth having more than once or twice. Also had the Vannila ice that to me is a glorified cheesy garlic bread but with the home made ranch dipping sauce made it worthy of a meal all in its own. If your after a great pizza look no further there pizza is thick & fulfilling. They greeted at the door with a awsome hello. Can't say enuff about this experience for sure.“
“Came here for a meal before a show at the Orpheum. Family of 6 and most everyone was happy with what they got. More authentic Mexican than our basic white taste buds are used to, ha. Louis was a good server and the kids enjoyed his fun nature.“
“We went for the first time to el Chihuas restaurant and let me just tell we were not disappointed the food is cook fresh I got the chihuas burger is a beast of a burger the taste took me back to my childhood and let’s not talk about customer service it just makes you feel comfortable like you eating in your own home the owner there is very attentive and kind the prices are very reasonable specially cause the food is delicious for my first time going and was great we will be definitely going very often ??“
“The friendliness of the staff was excellent. the menu is right in the front with all the options to choose from. we placed our order and once we got the food, it was AMAZING. We've missed having true BBQ, nothing has compared to the BBQ we had in Texas. we will definitely be recommending this place to all our family and friends. can't wait to go back!“
“Exactly the taco spot I've been searching for! I got three tacos, a drink and chips for under $20. Yes yes yes! I knew the tacos would be good when I saw the double tortilla! The meat was cooked and seasoned to perfection. I got them to go and they were still in tact upon arrival at home... a huge feat for togo tacos. The salsas are delicious and chips were fresh. They included limes and radishes in the order which I appreciated. Such a cute, clean atmosphere, too. Was pretty busy but we didn't wait long at all. All the staff we interacted with were so very sweet and friendly. Pretty sure they will know me by name soon, they've earned a new regular.“
“The name might make a serious foodie nervous. It feels too cheesy; too cutsie. Play on word restaurant names are a tall task and usually don't work out. Exhibit A is the all too common bad coffee shop named "common grounds" and exhibit B would be the subpar breakfast joint with the word "egg" thrown in there somewhere. However, Hook and Lime is the exception to this rule. I met a friend here for lunch and there was on wait, which seemed like a bad sign. I was pleasantly surprised with great service and even greater food. The waitress recommended the tacos, so we asked if we could one of each. Each taco was delicious and spiced perfectly. It is important to note that the food, while good, is more of a tex-mex rather than authentic mexican. Still delicious. Didn't have a margarita, but the waitress recommended them. Next time!“

“Chips were thin, crispy, and warm! Queso was one of the best I’ve had. Chile rellenos had a delicious gravy. Birria was excellent. BlackBerry Mint margarita was stout and delicious. A great Omaha find for someone in town for a long weekend.The chips had a dusting of spices that elevated the "chip & dip" appetizer experience. I got the Dirty Bird as a quesadilla and it was so delicious. “This is our favorite, quick, inexpensive, Mexican place. The street tacos are wonderful. Homemade salsa is always good. Plus, they have both four and corn chips or a mix! Yum! We've always had good service at Corner Kick, as well! Keep up the great work!“
“I had La Cabanita cater my wife’s 55th birthday bash and it was PERFECT. They arrived early to setup and began serving promptly on time with super organization and amazing speed. The food was absolutely delicious and my guests raved all night about the freshness and flavor - the steak quesadillas are out of this world. The price was also unbeatable to have our own food truck for the event serving a huge menu of authentic fare. I was so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Thank you so much! “The bartender was friendly and knowledgeable, Service was fast, attentive. The Chef did a great job, he snuck our appetizers out before plating a 12 top which is a pro move for a one person kitchen. Good burgers. Spam fried rice is on point.“

“Food is definitely above mediocre, but I won't say excellent. Its really good though, and definitely nothing below really good food. They run daily specials on food and drinks. The staff is absolutely amazing, and that makes the experience all the difference. This is the Millard location! If considering this place, take a chance and check them out. They don't disappoint!“
“Special of the day was an elote bowl. Basically Mexican street corn with your choice of chicken, pork or brisket. Delicious! We ordered one of each and a chicken taco. The meat is very flavorful and amazing, tender without being dry. The corn was fresh tasting, the sour cream was mixed with lime and the signature seasoning which has really good flavor but I had to make sure it was throughly mixed with the other ingredients or else it was too salty alone for my taste. I can see why it's called taco guy because the chicken taco was something I would get again. (Unfortunately we started eating before I remembered to take pictures.)This location is basically a tiny store with a counter. There is just enough room to order and wait. There are stools and a small eating counter if you want to eat inside. It was a unexpected sunny day so we sat at one of the two outside tables. We met the "taco guy" himself. Very friendly and accommodating. All in all a fun lunch adventure!“
