Lifetime Papillion resident & my daughter has been trying for years to get me to try the Beanery versus some of the chain coffee shops! Went one week again & it was absolutely amazing! The young lady that waited on us was sweet, kind & helpful...I thought this is our new spot! One week later, today, we came back excited to enjoy that same experience. Today was a totally different experience. The girl in the drive through was unhelpful, rude, & could have cared less about providing us with a negative experience!! Needless to say, sorry Beanery I unfortunately will not be back. I work hard for my money & even though the coffee is good, I will not give my business to anyone that treats my family & me poorly. There are many other local businesses out there to support.

So my husband and I are very frequent customers. I have been LOVING the reindeer peppermint mocha. However, the last three times I've gotten the drink it just tastes like warm milk with a dash of coffee. I'm not sure if the recipe changed, or there are new baristas... But it's driven me to grab coffee from scooters and *gasps* Starbucks.

This place is really neat! I really love the caramel cream smoothie, and I was very impressed overall with how well things were done! The only thing is it’s very confusing as to which lane to go into because one is meant for people walking and the other is meant for cars. There is no sign pointing to which direction to go. But overall, I loved it! Would definitely recommend!

I was very excited to get a coffee today and share this place with my siblings but I had a terrible experience. While we were ordering, my siblings were still looking at the menu and we were taking some time to order. The girl at the window was very rude, slammed the window and told us to take our time. I had never had a bad experience at this location so I was shocked.

I used to come here every day last year - but recently the espresso and cold brew quality has gone massively downhill. I really like this location and the baristas, but the change to the espresso or the lack of cleaning of the equipment has made it taste very bad. I wish I could support local but I never finish my drink.
Pretty expensive for oatmilk at espresso.
