This place really needs to up it's game every time I go there it's like they have given up even more the last time I had to go 3 times over 2 days to get what I ordered and that just ruins it

I rolled up, the lady who took my order was obviously under the influence of something, there was one car at the window infront of us, it took them 10 minutes to get then their food and another 15 for our small bag of food, which by the sound of the cook it was already done and she was too high to realize. Dont go here if you want good or fast service: do go here if you want to watch a Circus for 30 minutes ?

Sat in the drive thru for 26 minutes, drive 4 blocks home and my food was cold. Anytime I go through the drive through at this location it's a 15-20 minute wait to get food. And I'm ordering from taco bell. Was told tonight that they only have 4 workers and I can get faster service from a sit down restaurant where you are not ordering tacos.

Im the second car in line.... you wouldn't think it would take too long to get to the window right? WRONG! it takes 18 mins to get to the window. Just got you to get an order that they screw up and missing a burrito. This has been happening at this same location for over a year. The general manager was a nice young lady, but so full of incompetence you could almost smell it. The only answer she has is "we are trying to fix it". After a year of trying I think it's safe to say you have FAILED. it might be time to look for employment doing something a little less difficult for you

Terrible food, I got a bean and cheese burrito and the beans were so old they were hard and crumbly, they had to be days old, only somewhat good part is they refunded my order, I will never return, food inspector needs to go in and shut this place down, the kitchen was absolutely disgusting you can see food hanging around that's molding. STAY AWAY.

I still love the staff here. These guys are always dope! Great attitudes even while busy (from my experience). Clean restrooms and get your own beverages.Kid-friendliness: There is plenty of space for a few families to hang out.Parking: Their parking lot is rather large. They now have a vacant supermarket who shares parking with this taco Bell so if you are rolling with a large group, there is plenty of parking EVEN for RV's/buses.Wheelchair accessibility: I think at this point all Taco bells have ramps leading into the establishments.

We were the only ones in drive thru/store. We waited 4 min for order to be taken and then 13 more min at window because the employee told us her Mgr had to talk with her,"Sorry your food took so long"???!??! This is why the store needs complete overhaul. Mgr's please wait for long discussions w employees working until customers orders are complete...and maybe step in to help with food prep. We watch this happen consistently at this store.
