Tonight my spouse & I went in for a fast dinner & craving Dairy Queen. We got the $5 combo hamburger & chili dog, a drink for him & I ordered a small twist cone, which I was asked by the older woman at that time if I wanted it later. I said yes. She brought the hot items to the table & said I could bring the number up to get my cone when I was ready. The ice cream was good but the service not so much. It's like a high school chat session with little customer interaction. Has every boss completely stopped training their young employees how to treat customers? Greet them, smile at them, make eye contact.....and get off your dang phones!

I have never seen a place get more orders wrong. I ask for a double burger, just the sandwich and water. I got a triple burger, fries and a drink on my charge, which I didn't notice in time. Another had asked for a burger with no lettuce and got the lettuce. The fries were warm but not fresh. The ice cream, at least, was accurate, though it came long before the food, so it was a bit melted by the time we got to it.
