We went on a Sunday evening and were the only people in the place. Two people came in to pick up to-go orders while we were there. I shared an order of egg rolls with my friend. They were good but they were very thickly breaded and fried. Filled with cabbage and ground pork, and served with sweet and sour sauce. I ordered Yellow Curry with chicken, mild spice level. Everything was okay, the General Tso’s Chicken was incredibly strong with heavy sauce. Sushi was okay, might try a couple of different rolls if I decide to go back. Service was okay, only one man working there when I went.
This restaurant is a hidden jewel in Scottsbluff. The wonton soup was incredible- perfectly steamed wontons and a touch of white pepper to give it a kick. The spring rolls were tasty and the Mongolian beef was excellent. The owner/chef runs this place by himself, so service is a little slow, but the delicious food more than makes up for it. He has a sushi bar that is well stocked. He does not have a liquor license yet, so there is no beer/sake.
