From the moment I walked in, The level of customer service I received was simply unparalleled. Irsa was the name of the staff that served me she was incredibly attention, going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were not just met, but exceeded.First the responsiveness of the staff that was taking care of me was remarkable. Any questions I has was answered promptly and with a depth of knowledge that was both reassuring and enlightening. It is clear that they are not only well trained but also passionate about what they do.Moreover, the atmosphere created by the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel valued as a customer. Their ability to anticipate my needs before I even voiced them was a pleasant surprise that added to the overall experience.The professionalism displayed as top-notch, yet there was a personal touch in their service that made the entire experience feel bespoke. I see a lot of complaints about price, but it's reasonably healthy(if you pick the right options) and it tastes good, I think it's worth it.Taco bell powerbowl is 3 bucks cheaper...and it tastes like it.

We have gotten food here before & never had issues but tonight it was awful. Ordered food for a family of 6. Got home discovered that the steak bowl I ordered wasn't even half full asked for Xtra steak I was lucky if I got 3 good pieces of steak & they didn't but the cheese on it There was so much fat & there was not Xtra steak. The other food we ordered was horrible also hardly any shrimp in the shrimp bowl. My sons chicken burrito had no chicken in it. My other sons burrito was missing things.Try to call them & they don't answer their phone. Very disappointing ?

Food is generally pretty decent. Don’t bother using the pick up window for online pickup though. My last 3 attempts using it I sat there for 10-15 minutes even after making eye contact with several employees, they still ignored me like the plague. Even knocked on the window to get their attention. Two employees in the kitchen looked around the corner to see me at the window, but then went about their business and didn’t notify anyone that I was sitting there. I would’ve just went inside however, my daughter was asleep in the backseat of my car, and as any parent knows it’s hard to carry your take out order and a sleeping child at the same time. A customer inside in line finally pointed at me to make it known that I was knocking on the window my past trip in. Tonight 3 employees made eye contact with me and disappeared into the kitchen and left one employee up front helping customers in line when she finally noticed me and came to the window. I even thanked her for acknowledging me after several others hadn’t.Edited to add: I made it all the way home to realize the salsa on the side of my tacos wasn’t in the bag, along with the salsa for the chips and salsa.

It must be good eats because the place was packed for Sunday lunch. They're a bit pricey. Their $10 cheese quesadillas are more of an appetizer rather than a main course, but still delicious nevertheless.
We have eaten here a few times as it is quite new and we know it takes time to get a place going. However, on 2 occasions they didn't have any brown rice, and last night we were in a hurry leaving work and jumped onto the online ap to order. Even with it clearly listed they couldn't get it right. Not a single order out of 4 was correct. My husband called to tell them this and explain that we live out of town and couldn't just run right back. The little girl who answered was rude to say the least, and I guess no surprise we never got a call from the owner or anyone else. I guess if you just ignore it then it didn't happen. Oh also when we went to pick up the order they were quite rude then as well.

This was the first time the workers weren't a C- rating. They were friendly today, so I give them a solid A. The food is good (C+), During slower hours, stir your hot food more often and temp it more because the one thing I keep getting from THIS Qdoba is blah temp food. FFood quality at this Qdoba is ok, that's all. I mean if you have to eat fast food, i give this one grade higher than McDonald's. I'm wondering if it's due to the traffic here being spotty, so it's harder to determine when the rush hour is?It seems the food here is sitting too long before serving. It's not BAD per say but as an AVID Qdoba and Chipotle fan and similar places, it COULD be better.

Stopped in to grab dinner 12/6/2023 the crew was rude. the whole order was wrong and it was on tickets in their hands so shouldn't have been wrong. I called the restaurant and was told that the manager would call me Back and still haven't heard from said manager. I'm a fan of Qdoba but not this one.
