Played 18 holes at Monument Shadows today for the first time. Didn't realize that the Monument Grill was a thing. Oh boy is it!!! Great food, awesome staff and with the Scottsbluff Monument as a back drop, the scenery is pretty darn good too!!! If you are in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by.
I would highly recommend giving the monument grill a try! Amazing is amazing arranging from burgers, steaks, and pizzas! Something for everyone! Also have a wide variety of drink options, including some awesome summer cocktails! Staff always have a smile on their faces and are very friendly!

We had a great dinner here-the Chicken Oscar was excellent! The view is spectacular. The staff was very friendly, and Alexis is truly a gem! She was so fun, polite and knowledgeable-she definitely made our dining experience even better! So glad to see someone who is great at her job and enjoys it!
