It’s obvious the quality of food and service vary from day to day. We ate there on Friday and the grilled salmon was quite good. Sides were baked potato and pickled slaw. Since we were in the area for appointments we tried it again yesterday, Tuesday. Same order but obviously not same cook. The server ignored us and even walked away when I asked for a top off on coffee. This was with only one other person in the restaurant. Impossible to get her attention whereas on Friday the server was quite attentive. We tipped the Friday server 40% as he was so attentive and pleasant and yesterday tipped 15% reluctantly. I will always tip something. Thought this was a local restaurant but now realize it’s a chain. Will be in the area for several weeks and will find other places to eat. Will not go back there. Nasty experience and not worth the frustration and bad food. Learned the cook was new.

OMG!!! This place is heaven sent. They messed up my order and remade it. The servers were great and those pies, omg, homemade with love.

Everyone was so kind and sweet and talked to everyone like they were their own kids. our server was so friendly and gave us great service! We went on Sunday 5/7 for dinner and we had a beautiful waitress with the cutest hair style, I can't remember her name I wish I did because she deserves a raise she took great care of everyone! We will be back!

I ate here recently. Some of the food-specifically the fries-were undercooked and tasted like something you could get from the frozen section at Walmart. I would say that the broccoli I ate was from the frozen section too. $15 for a frozen lunch that I could have gotten for way cheaper! The cook did not seem to care about preparing the food properly and would get impatient with the waitress. The restaurant is understaffed, which caused the service to be very slow. The only reason I would go back again is for the pies!

The menu is impressive, but the food quality and service is subpar. Our chicken wrap was dry, no ranch. Our strawberry pancakes came with no strawberries.

Stopped in late for a meal and some pie while road tripping home from a cross country vacation. Bathrooms were clean and up to date. Fast friendly service. Orders were taken and served quickly and accurately, food was tasty, fresh and homestyle. Comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, wait staff checked often to make sure we had refills and food was to our liking. Very reasonable prices. Many unique pie choices available. We left with three slices to go, silverware and napkins provided, and all were phenomenal. Wait staff was very helpful in answering our travel related questions. Exceptional experience, will return if we're ever in the area again!

They offer all you can eat ribs on Thursday we got 1 order and proceeded to tell us they were out it also comes with a dinner roll witch did not come with the meal talk to corporate his name was Cody he blew it off like it's ok to falsely advertise the kitchen always seems to mess something up and the hostess ruby is very rude CASSIE,CORINA and TRACI are the only 3 good waitresses they have
Restaurant was not busy at all and we waited 50 minutes before we got our food. When our order finally arrived were we missing items that we ordered and the food was cold….. it tasted terrible. Our waitress did address the issue with the cooks and they just dismissed her and were rude. I will NEVER take my family back to this restaurant again. So disappointing.

We went to Shari's because it had a halfway decent rating according to my nephew. I don't know who was rating this or where those people are from, but I feel bad for them if Shari's marked high on their scale of edible food. I'm 60 years old and I consider this probably the worst place I've ever eaten in my entire life and I'm a foodie.

Food was bad all around. Potato soup was just mush with stringy bacon. The 4 cheese ham sandwich only had one kind of cheese and was covered in dirty grill residue. The smores pie was also terrible. The fries were fine.The staff was nice though, I will say that.

The cook refused to remake the food after touching it with BARE HANDS the dish washer had her kids DOING HER JOB FOR HER the Server Traci was absolutely amazing tried everything in her power to make it right the food needed to be remade because the cook didn’t pay attention to the order Traci tried everything to make it right she is one of the only reasons we continue to come back to this locationDietary restrictions: Ignored allergies

Good food. Dealt with server named Ruby. She was very unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. Ruby provided worse service received from Sharis. Makes me rethink about continuing being a customer. She was very short with me and my table. Had to repeat our order three times then she seemed very annoyed when we asked her to repeat it to us. Couldn’t get drinks refilled very inattentive. Als oshe was treating another server very poorly and rudely. This type of server is what gives restaurants a very bad name. I will not ever let Ruby serve me again if she is the only server I will leave. Customers and employees don’t deserve to be treated so poorly.
