We stopped by twice today for a drink. The first time we went thru drive thru and nobody would wait on us. The second time was at the speaker out front and nobody would wait on us. Yesterday we came thru at 1030 and stopped at drive thru and nobody would wait on us. We are done.

To be completely fair I only rated food and atmosphere one star because I didn't actually get any food and it was raining at the time so that's not the restaurants fault. But what is the restaurants fault, is the fact that I stayed in a CarHop spot for over 20 minutes without anybody saying a single word to me after pressing the button. It's like you're begging to be closed down.

I don’t know how the owner keeps this franchise. Order speaker hasn’t worked like forever. Today I ordered the footlong coney. They left of the chili. Bun was turning stale. And hotdog was just warm.

I don’t know if there just to unintelligent to run at all. Twice I’ve sat at the drive through and someone says we’ll be right with you and 10 minutes goes by. It’s like they know if they make you wait long enough you’ll just leave(nobody else was in the drive through by the way)

The onion rings were a pile of mush in the bottom of the bag. I rang the buzzer to get another one cooked correctly. The manager on duty told me he had cooked them the way they were supposed to be done according to the company directions, and that's how they turned out, but he'd cook me some more. I told him I grew up eating in Oklahoma where the original Sonics started, and that was NOT how Sonic onion rings were supposed to be served. He cooked me a second order, and they were cooked crisper but still falling apart in the bag with more batter off the onions than on. I told him I'd keep the, but they are not good quality Sonic rings. He said I've been doing this 30 years, and they're fine.Avoid this place at all cost if you want eatable onion rings.

After having to repeat ourselves at the menu several times, nearly having to shout, most of our orders were incorrect, and the food we received was just poor quality. The worst tater tots and honey mustard we've possibly ever had, and the burgers seemed like they were not fresh at all. Definitely wouldn't recommend this especially with it costing over $30

I used to love Sonic. They have turned off ordering on the app at this Sonic and so you can no longer get app exclusives, happy hour anytime or sometime even order (many of the order stations don’t work). Please turn it back on! Thanks!

A lot of times when you pull up with an order on the app and you need to talk to someone they come in and say we are only taking orders through the drive thru. Today I decide to order in the app and go through the drive thru to pick it up and the guy rudely tells me I can not get my order on the app through the drive thru. Again I’ve done it at many Sonic’s and never was told a thing. So I pull up to the window and the girl y’all’s me again that I will not be able to get app orders through the drive thru. I explain my side as I have done this every where. I travel for a living. The girl then replies that was my manager that told you that and he is standing right here. He never appeared in the window for me to talk to. So Scottsbluff sonic. You are solely responsible for loosing a nation wide customer. It may not hurt you now but you won’t keep customers if you treat them like they are a problem instead of an asset. And btw to the owner. You need to train your people to treat people with respect.

Their food is terrible, I grew up eating sonic and can't stand there's. Their slushy machine is broken and the store hours change randomly or they just aren't open. Save yourself the pain and go to a gas station or Scottys.
