Seems to be about the thing here and does absolutely no good to talk to a manager or even district manager because nothing has changed. I was promised a gift card from the DM the last time there was a huge issue; never received it; no surprise. I try to give places more than one chance, but today was the final straw. My food was cold and old at breakfast at 8 in the morning and not only that but the lady that took my order was nothing but rude. I'll take my business elsewhere. I wouldn't waste your time at this one.
WHY IS MY FOOD NEVER MADE CORRETLY?!?!? THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS AT THIS POINT!!
