Had a hair in my sandwich, they offered a refund but never gave one, called in 5 different times and was promised that the owner would issue a refund every time which never happened. Not even worth my time to pursue further but will not recommend or be back to this establishment

I will never order from the south sioux city jimmy johns again. #1. Called and the worker answered "hello?", not professional. #2. Said order would take 15-20 to be delivered (our location was 3 miles away), would have been great, but it took an hour and 15 minutes to be delivered! #3. I called at the 45 minute mark to see where our food was, he said "oh it's being delivered". Didn't show up for another half hour. #4. The delivery guy sat in his car and waited for me to come out to his car window to get my food, didn't get out at all. #5. Our order was wrong.In the big picture, these are not truly big problems in my life, but I know jimmy johns can do better.

Freaky fast and very good. It’s a fast food sub shop. They don’t do toasted subs but otherwise very good. The JJBLT is an underrated great sandwich

This location is only 3 minutes away from my apartment yet takes 30+ minutes to arrive consistently. Sandwiches are always soggy or incorrect and they always manage to give the wrong chips. Pop is also flat and watered down. Every. Single. Time.
