Food was super cold. Asked if they could heat it up and they responded with we can’t take it off from your check!!!! I wasn’t asking for free food I just wanted warm food …. Wouldn’t recommend…this

Cool place if you love seafood. Portions are insane and so delicious. Service can be a little slow but they are very nice. Complimentary ceviche and hot sauce while you wait.

Decided to go in to the Isla since it been a while since I've been there. They took my order and were very friendly at first. Though once the food came out I noticed that my dish was wrong and I informed them of this. Then when the manager came over she didn't even give me a solution. So I asked for rice on the side since I wanted the paella instead of the food they had given me. Not only that but during most of that time a server ever came to our table after I corrected them. Didn't even tell them the error in a harsh way. Plus on top of that the staff talked with each other and didn't attend the customers well. When I went to go check out I asked if I would be paying the price of the paella and they said no. Not only that but no one knew how to add things to our bill when we went to go pay. It seemed like no one was trained there and they are just paying people to stand. Also the food wasn't the best. I got some paella for my spouse and the rice was overcooked and the mussels had hard sand bits on them still. Overall not a good experience and wouldn't recommend.

They offered many combination of seafood cocktail. It could be just shrimp, octopus or plus raw oyster, crab meat, scallop... The large is a very big portion with plenty of contents. Decent amount of seafood in each serving. Specialty drinks are very interesting and full of Mexican culture.

The food was incredible! I love visiting places locals seem to enjoy. This is that type of place. A new experience: Mexican seafood! Fantastic! I highly recommend. Note: portions are huge!

This place is a hidden gem! Honestly I’m speechless. I had the pineapple meal. The presentation is spot on. Such an authentic experience. I knew it was going to be good when my server spoke to me in Spanish. The drinks are top notch and also presented beautifully. Instagram worthy!
