Come here if you want your drinks so iced that you can’t even drink them without sucking your cheeks through themselves. Staff obviously doesn’t care or know what they’re doing when making cold drinks. Unbelievable. Spent $7 can’t even drink my peanut butter power! Thanks for nothing. Will never come here again. I’ll go to the much better Starbucks.

They gave me the wrong drink and the wrong muffin. There were multiple people working there and no one else was in line before me or after me. They were too busy talking to pay attention. I had to correct them on my order and they still got it wrong.

I like this location, but every time i order, they get some aspect of my drink order wrong, even if it’s online. Whether it’s the infusion flavor or not adding cream and syrup to a cold brew. Normally, this doesn’t bother me, but it has happened upwards of 5 times in the last 3 months. the staff is lovely and they’re so fast! I appreciate their speed, just wish they were accurate.

Truly, one of the worst lattes I've ever ordered from a coffee spot. It tasted like milk with a splash of coffee. I'm pretty sure they didn't even bother to pull an actual shot of espresso to make this and likely poured in some brewed coffee. The milk wasn't even hot. It was essentially the definition of warm.This is my first and only time visiting this establishment. I came here bc the Starbucks on Hamilton Blvd's card machine was down and couldn't accept my $50 bill, and I was on my way out of town for a roadtrip, so time wasn't on my side.Only giving it two stars bc at least the service was quick, but the actual demeanor of the girl working the drive-thru was sub par. Definitely less than thrilled to be working that morning.

I was really upset when I left cause they did not make my coffe how I wanted I called back n. BRandy offered to make me a new one so that made up for it so I’m only giving five stars because she was really nice and I love nice people lol
