Small Town restaurant with friendly staff. We stop alot for ice cream. Tonight took whole family after spending day at pool. Food was good and topped off with ice cream.Kid-friendliness: Meals for kids that all kids love.
Found this place, thanks to Yelp, on our drive through Nebraska and was pleasantly surprised! We loved the Philly cheesesteak, burger and the milkshakes! The chances of us ever returning are slim to none but it was definitely a highlight of our road trip. Great staff, freshly cooked, can't ask for anything better.

First time I've ever been to tbe dairy chef and the ladies were great. Very friendly and made us feel like we were regulars. I got a large chocolate cone filled with about a Gallon of ice cream. 8 swirls on top of the cone to be exact. $2.00, yup, that's corret, TWO dollars for that jumbo monstrosity of a cone. As the owner of Husker Bounce, I would recommend going there and I will definitely be going back
