Came here yesterday for a late lunch. Ordered a “Chicken philly” and had received the driest pre made CUBE chicken ever. No mayo or butter on the bun, chicken veggies and cheese had to of been tossed in the microwave and thrown in the plate. I ate not even 2 bites and was disgusted. The server took my plate and didn’t even take it off the bill. Lastly, as I’m writing this I have food poisoning. Vomiting and diarrhea. GREAT thanks trackside. ? will NEVER eat food from this place.

First time at Trackside Bar and Grill. Food was amazing, my server was great his name was Keegan. The other young man who served my food was Kelton Gene Smith born September 1 2006, attends lincoln Northeast High school. His favorite color is green and I just wanna reiterate he works here as a foodrunner/busser. I tipped the kid 50 bucks because well damn it he deserved it. Wish more kids would be like him.

Stopped in for breakfast, was not busy at all. 3 servers and it took 15 minutes to be acknowledged, another 15 minutes for menus... didn't bother asking us for drink order or even bring water. Said she would be right back. It was another 20 minutes to come back and take our drink and food order. It was another ten minutes before SOME of the drinks arrived. Food came out right away within minutes of our drinks. Food was excellent- 4 stars. 0 for service. Didn't even bring butter, syrup, jelly after asking multiple times and had to and go to an empty table and take it ourselves. Jelly little was empty, said she'd bring another. Never did. Had to go and ask for our tickets so we could leave. That took another 20 minutes. Do not go here unless you have hours to wait. Wait staff did NOT care and were completely incompetent.

Horrible service and horrible food. The waitresses working didn't care to serve us had to get our own menus and ask the bartender to take our order. Twenty minutes after we ordered and 45 minutes of being there the waitress finally decided to take our order. Everyone's food came but mine and had to ask where my food was 20min after everyone else's food arrived. When she brought my pizza out you could tell it had been sitting there for awhile ice cold and soggy. We will never eat at trackside again! Every staff member was sitting there doing absolutely nothing. They must have been offended by me taking action when are getting no service. Do better Trackside!!

Stopped in after the game and thought the food and service were top notch. I had the Train Wreck burger and thought it was amazing. Wife had the shrimp basket and loved it. Not many of these places left, stop in sometime!

Just went to eat with my family it was full so we sat in the game room. I went up and told the lady manager we were in the back room and she told me there is no waitress back there and she is very busy and she told me she had no idea when they would get to us or even if they would. I’m from Waverly we go here all the time and to be treated like this is horrible. I miss the old manager . I feel like they are Lazy and their food has gone downhill since the old manager. We need a new sports bar in Waverly. Can’t believe they would not serve us or our kids. It’s sad this is really our only option in Waverly and they know it.
