Bars near Wilber

“I don't usually drink but I took a sip of my brother's Praga dark lager on tap and ordered myself one. I couldn't drink it all (so my brother helped!) but it tasted so good that I bought a 6 pack the next time I came in for food to go. Burgers are good. Polish Dog was good and the Wednesday night wings special was excellent! Lots of different sauces to choose from. I ate more wings than I normally would..maybe it was the PRAGA! The atmosphere is fantastic. I love how they made the booths. Funny how I lived here for 11 years and never set foot in the place. It definitely is an upgrade compared to other eating establishments in the city. Definitely the place to visit in Wilber.“

“There are almost no businesses in tiny Clatonia NE. Sheila's is the only bar and restaurant. It's new. It's big. The bar is in front with many tables of varying sizes in the back. It was hoping the night we were there.A shuffleboard league was going on while people also played pool. There was music and the stools at the bar were full.I should have gotten our waitress name. She was very attentive.We had full meals. We went for the chicken fried steak which we had heard was excellent and it was. So was the white gravy smothering it and the mashed potatoes.Would do again.“

“When we walked in they were almost full, there was only 2 gals working. We worried about how long it would take. I am so glad to say i worried for nothing! They were excellent. The food was prompt and taste amazing. Those ladies do such an amazing job that i can't wait to drive out there for dinner again!“

“We went to Hotel Wilber and sat there from 5:30 pm waiting for the waitress to take our order. She came back after we had been there for over a half hour and said they didn't have their prime rib special...so I called 9th street and asked if they had some and they did. We sat down and the waitress took our order and we starving 4 people ate prime rib which was perfectly cooked and didn't have to wait 30 minutes. We are full and happy. The lighting needs to be brighter was my only complaint. Thank you!“

“Wonderful place!I wanted to have a pizza to take out. And when they informed me that there are no pizza boxes, I said I’d be willing to pack it in portions into foam boxes, and they fulfilled my wish. And yes, the pizza was worth it! Delicious!I also noticed how kindly they were training a new staff member.Best of wishes to the new team member!“
