Not coming back to this Aroma Joe’s again. I pulled up to the drive thru and the lady opens the window and just stares at me. I say hello to break the awkward silence and she responds with “You want to order today sir?” I order my food and hand my card to pay then throws my card at me and slams the window close. Extremely rude, very disrespectful.

I normally adore this location, I have been coming here for years. I know all the employees and love them! However, it seems like they have hired a new group of people. I was waiting behind a car to order and the employee was just chatting with the car in front of me. They were swearing and yelling and I waited probably 2 minutes before they pulled up. They then chatted at the next window and another employee had to bring me my order at the first window (the order wasn't even correct.) I hate to leave this location a bad review, but it seems like their new employees have a few things to work on.

This location always has the nicest people working there. They always have great coffee and have many different flavors. Never have I ever had a bad coffee from this location.
