I went with my son after a day of skiing (under the rain) for him, and just relaxing for me. Not being super-hungry for that reason, a bowl of clam chowder seemed the right choice. Being from Baltimore, I am better acquainted with other sea food than clam chowder but I can confirm that it was excellent. My son had the Mac&Cheese with pulled pork, and despite his ski adventures he could not finish it. It was very good too. Service was fast and very pleasant. And the check was quite reasonable. A clear 5 stars from me!

When we arrived there was a power outage...yes even happens in USA. Anyway the owner said they didn't know how long it would be but we had a glass of wine each and waited 30 minutes. Just about to leave when the power came back on. Then ordered a fried fish and a grilled fish. Both were delicious and the portions are immense, to us Brits anyway. Very friendly place. Recommend.

We always loved this place but hadn't been since prior to covid. We always enjoyed the burgers but during our first time back in several years we were disappointed, the burgers were dry, we requested medium well but they were well done. The side were great as was the service. I got the Lava cake to go and heated as instructed but it was very dry when heated up.

This restaurant is a find. First went there years ago when we were in NH. Always go back. Good food, atmosphere and service.

Two adults had a nice dinner here on a Wednesday evening in late August 2023. We both had the swiss cheese burgers with fries, costing about $28 with tax and less tip. Both were done to our liking and tasted great. The only downside to the restaurant was its lack of staff, which appears to be across the board in this part of New Hampshire. The greeter and the server both never stopped moving with seating people, taking orders, delivering food, the checks and clearing the tables. They clearly worked non-stop and the restaurant was full with people waiting for tables when we left.

This tiny nook of a place is a local gem. The lobster Mac and cheese is the best I've had and we look forward to it every visit. This year did not disappoint. This isn't the cheapest place to eat but you will be full of great food.

There are only a few options for food… I needs something quick and easy. I selected the chicken nachos with no jalapeños. Took about 35 minutes to get the nachos when we got back to the car we realized that the melted cheese was cold, and the nachos were covered with jalapeños. Not what I expected for $17 - which included the tip. I’m guessing that the way they make the nachos is they prepare them inside the pizza box and microwave the pizza box to melt the cheese… Just my guess who knows.

Cabin Fever is a restaurant that effortlessly captures the essence of rustic charm while offering an exceptional dining experience. First and foremost, let me start by praising the delectable fried seafood that Cabin Fever is renowned for. The quality and freshness of the seafood were evident, and it was a true delight to indulge in the culinary treasures of the New Hampshire coast. The cozy, cabin-like interior also exudes warmth and character. The wood-paneled walls, flickering fireplace, and rustic décor create a comforting ambiance that perfectly complements the hearty cuisine. It's the kind of place that makes you feel instantly at ease, as if you've stumbled upon a hidden treasure in the wilderness. What truly sets Cabin Fever apart is its incredible staff. The moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The friendly and attentive team went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Their knowledge of the menu and their recommendations were invaluable in guiding me in making a selection. One notable advantage of Cabin Fever is its proximity to the Alpine Garden Campground. It was at the recommendation of the campground staff that I discovered this restaurant in the first place. If you find yourself staying in the Bartlett area, Cabin Fever is a must-visit culinary haven. It's the perfect opportunity to indulge in a memorable meal after a day spent amidst nature's splendor.

Fantastic quality! We stopped here for lunch with four adults. Excellent seafood and abundant portions. Diverse menu for non-seafood diners. Kids menu available. Clean facility. Truly a gem! Don't miss this place!

Although the service was a little bit slow, due to the difficulty obtaining staff to work everywhere; the 4 women working, running their tails off did an excellent job taking care of a pretty full establishment. The food was excellent and reasonably priced! Lobster bisque was thick as it should be and was very, very good. I had a burger with bacon, cheddar and bbq sauce. Had it cooked medium, excellent flavor and the roll never fell apart. Very juicy burger. Large amount of HOT fries, too much to eat. My wife had meat lovers mac and cheese. This was a large bowl, baked in the oven. Will easily get a full 2nd meal out of it. Very good. When we were packing leftover mac and cheese, the bowl was still hot. Other portions we saw come out and comments on quantities by other tables was consistent too. Everything came out hot, nothing sat. Would definitely come back. Note: only open Thursday - Sunday during this season.

Nice decorating very Eclectic. Reasonable prices with daily specials and decent service. Upgraded to the onion rings probably not worth it. Worked for lunch for us
