ordered, pulled up to window, the girl at the window was literally back facing me on her phone for a solid 2 minutes. no one else was in line or inside. i got an iced drink and it maybe had 3 ice cubes. the staff just seems extremely rude. i get working at dunkin isn’t the best job in the world but there’s no reason to take your misery out on everyone else.
