First of all you are not the owner you are not at the restaurant, and the people who work there are family and close friends so of course things might be better but hire outsiders they don't last because of Nikki & her girlfriend just ask Analia N. We were there when Nikki had scream at her in front of customers! So u keep believing this nonsense they tell you and you go get a life Julie! Make purple finch Great Again! Love freedom of speech

I hadn’t been to The Purple Finch in a while. I used to really enjoy going there and found the food and service fantastic. I went there yesterday with a friend and I wish I could say it was still good. They had no regular English breakfast tea or regular coffee. Only flavored tea and coffee. My meal was okay and the service was okay. We were both very disappointed and had remembered it being much better.

The food is definitely worth coming for. The audio/radio/background noise was a bit too loud, but not enough to deter going again.

Only come here if you’re going to dine in. If you order take out, they will ignore you while you stand at the takeout counter for 15 minutes.

Best breakfast in the Manchester/Bedford area! The menu is incredible with lots to choose from. It's not just your basic eggs toast and pancakes place, they have a creative menu with something for everyone. Not to mention fresh squeezed Oj. It's a 11/10

Yummy food. Can get busy especially on weekends. Get the bam bam bites. Your teeth will hurt but they are sooooo good. Small diner feel with big food options.

Many customers praised the cafe for its great food and service. Specific mentions include the gluten-free waffle, French toast, and the unique menu selections. The atmosphere was also described as unique and cozy, with attentive service despite being busy at times. The cafe was described as a “delightful surprise” and a “lucky stop,” with fresh and delicious food offerings like avocado toast and caprese salad .

This was not a good experience. The hostess was very slow and not very efficient at checking people in and seating tables. There were many people waiting that hadn't been checked in, including myself, and many open tables. She has absolutely no pep to her step at all, considering the amount of open tables and people waiting.Service wasn't great and was also slow. The waitress was very friendly but as I sat and waited for my food she checked on me once. I sat with nothing to drink for at least 25 mins.Food was good but took 45 mins for my waffle and hasbrowns to come out and then the waffle was served to me burnt on the underneath side and I had to send it back. The waffle description says loaded with berries but had more like a sprinkle. When I eat at Tuckers and order the same exact breakfast, with a full restaurant, my food comes out in less than 10 mins. The girl next to me (at the bar) waited an hour and 10 mins for her eggs, hashbrowns and toast.I was very disappointed with this visit especially being my first. I doubt I'll be coming back.

This was my first time going to the purple finch. I went because a friend said I should try it. And I'm so glad I did! I got the steak chili and two pieces of homemade cornbread and both were excellent, perfectly cooked and so very tasty. Even the coffee was yummy. The girls on the floor were very friendly and helpful when I asked what they suggested. The friend I was with got a cheeseburger which was cooked perfectly medium and she loved it! I will definitely return maybe for that cheeseburger!
