Staff here has always been very friendly. They are usually pretty fast and get you your order quickly. They have restrooms and it is definitely handicap friendly. They close earlier than most dunks but for me it's not an issue because I always go early.

On February 26th I was about to get coffee right before close. I was walking and I was unable to make it. I noticed a car waiting as the store came into eye sight around 6:48PM. They were just standing well behind the microphone in the car. I heard the employees on the mic ask to help around 6:50PM until 6:55PM. But the car was still. As I got closer to the store I noticed the car approach literally right before they closed. Then they started banging on the window around like 6:59PM, 1 minute before close. This lady screamed profanities calling out "b****!" At the employee. Then she said "I know the manager at this store, I'm reporting this, you shouldn't be closed!". Im not sure why this lady did not respond to the employees trying to help her. This is scary, I was scared for my safety so I decided not to approach. I hope the staff on duty called the police. I go here all the time, it's really gotten better this new year

Everytime I go here they never make my coffee right always give me granulated sugar instead of liquid sugarafter they repeat the order back not ones but twice. It’s been more then 10 times

I had a really unpleasant experience at the drive-thru today (1:00pm). The two ladies who served me were extremely rude. They openly made fun of the way I ordered my ice coffee without any care in the world, knowing that the window was wide open. Moreover, the bagel I ordered was over-toasted and barely had any cream cheese. When I asked for a knife, one of the ladies looked at me as if I was a burden. It was clear that they lacked any customer service skills and need some serious training. I hope that such behavior is not repeated with other customers in the future.

genuinely the worst dunkin i have ever been to, the service is awful, the food is sloppy, and the drive thru was backed up nearly into the street. only good thing i have to say is the building is nice.
No changing tables in the restrooms, I had to change my kid in the back seat of the car in a snowstorm.

My iced latte tastes like cleaner and I asked for an English muffin and not a croissant. We’re headed for a long drive so we couldn’t turn around, but definitely wasted my money there. These people didn’t seem to care that they were working.

I am fairly new to the area and have become a regular at this store. I stop by atleast twice a day for my mocha pumpkin iced macchiato. The staff is always great! The man that I see almost everyday morning at the window is amazing! (Always remembers my large straw :) ) drive thru wait time is better than alot of other stores (I have a dunks problem Ive been to many different locations and worked at many as well)This location is hands down my new favorite!!
