As someone who’s in customer service I mean this sincerely. Fire your entire staff and try again. Rude, sloppy, and inaccurate in fulfilling orders…again I am in the food and beverage industry and you have to try to be this bad.

Check your order before leaving. They are sloppy and often forget things or get it wrong completely. Overall pretty rude workers. Also their capp machine goes down more than someone else’s milkshake machine..

The crew members at this location, are totally rude, you sit at the speaker with no one acknowledging that you're there, you get to the window and they give you attitude.. The girl at the window on Sunday morning was rude. Monday morning went inside, ordered a macchiato and Saw pre-shots sitting there as not to get the pre-shots and the they put the wrong amount of shots in my macchiato, and the person I was speaking to gave me an attitude about they weren't trained to make macchiatos that way. In that particular girl snapped at me about My drink that I paid a lot of money for ! Can somebody please train these crew members on proper expresso drink execution.

Service is abysmal. If you get any at all. People never are ready to open on time, rude customer service, and unprofessional all around. If I was the owner I'd want to know about my employees constantly turning away business because they can't start their day on time. Id get rid of the whole crew over there and get people in who can get up on time and do the super tough job of slinging coffee...

Service was very slow. Our sandwiches were supposed to be toasted, but the bread was just warmed. It was a very long wait. When our sandwiches were finally ready, they were literally thrown on the counter.

I would give ZERO stars if I could! The girl was SO RUDE!! They just finished their remodel even at their drive through. I am not sure if I missed the ordering speaker, but it wasn’t where it used to be, so I drove to the window. The girl opens the window and tells me there are orders behind me and to go back around?? And was rude about it!! I didn’t see the place to order-probably because I was expecting the original place. I told her she was very rude and I left. If you want to keep your customers you need to work with your customers-especially when you make a major change like that! I’ve been coming to this one for 4 years because I live in the area. Nope. Not anymore. Heading to the one in Auburn. They are SUPER nice!

typically never have an issue with them, got a bacon/egg/cheese on a bagel today and the eggs were still cold and cheese was not melted - clearly didnt heat the frozen eggs long enough - not sure how this happens

I went there just the other day and they gave me a burnt croissant with uncooked bacon … they have horrible customer service !!! The manager Emily to be exact is rude and servers her customers disgusting food

Went to the location on Candia rd. Manchester, Nh. I ordered two bagels with veggie cream cheese. Get my bag with the two bagels and plain cream cheese. Not veggie as I requested. That's not my complaint. The complaint is the fact that I got a cream cheese container instead of the cream cheese on the bagel. It's a drive through. If I wanted to spread my own cream cheese onto the bagel I would have made it at home. One task, spread the cream cheese on the bagel. You failed. Let me drive off the road now trying to spread the cream cheese on my bagel. You had one job. Couldn't give me veggie cream cheese and you can't spread it? What is your job then?

The people working here are incredibly rude, multiple times did she raise her voice at us when we were ordering. When we got to the window they made us order again. They did not specify our drinks at all. Sandra however who was at the window was incredibly nice and very kind. I would only go again if Sandra was taking my order.

On top of the slow service, they couldn't even be bothered to put the butter on the bagel. They gave me cold hard butter on the side, which of course, is not easily spread on a bagel. I won't be back to this Dunkin.

I was introduced to a caramel latte tonight, by the young lady at the window. I didn't know what that was until tonight. I've cooked my whole life. This is the best flavor combination including the caramel and five sugars I have tasted in a long time. Plus the customer service was so good here. I gave her a $1.85 tip. In the tip was just for the customer service I would like to go back and give her $5 just for telling me about this drink. This thing is amazing. Good job whatever your name was and that's a great place because they actually stir your coffee. Most places in my hometown that are Dunkin donuts don't stir your coffee. Have a great day.

I feel at 15$ an hour employees need to pay attention, 7. $ for 6 donuts is not worth the frustration! Can't even get simple order straight! 2 chocolate cake with sprinkles, and 4 raised chocolate frosted, in box 4 cake, 2 raise 2raised with sprinkle.
