Place doesn't let you check your food before you pay. Wouldn't give a refund and told me it wasn't their fault that I didn't check it. How am I supposed to check it if I had to pay for it before I could even pick it up? Then they tried to accuse me of yelling when I got upset after being accused of not checking my food before I paid for it. Tried the food anyways considering I wasn't getting refunded. As I thought it was not good. I've never been treated with such disrespect at a food establishment in my life. If I could give zero stars or even take stars away I would. Not the first bad experience I've had here either.

The Town Cabin features a variety of dishes made from high-quality, fresh ingredients. Each bite was a burst of flavors, highlighting the commitment to providing a memorable cozy dining experience. Whether it was the appetizers, main courses, or desserts, the attention to freshness and taste was evident.

Can not go wrong with comfort foods such as lasagna with sides, large burgers, steak tips with mashed potatoes, etc. but the wait is very long, way too long. They always ruin desserts! I ordered carrot cake but it took half hour to get it and it came totally drenched in butterscotch sauce but I never ordered it with sauce. Another time I ordered chocolate cake WITHOUT sauce but it came.totally drenched in dark chocolate sauce which I thought was overkill. The waitress is not a good listener at all, she ruins cake and takes forever. It is a bittersweet location; off the exit which is convenient but given it is at a gas station where truckers go to shower and get gas, good luck in trying to squeeze your car into a parking spot. Many times you have to turn your car and go back due to no parking left because al the spots are taken by people pumping gas and shopping at the gas station.
