Off the beaten path you will find this charming smokehouse operation. Plenty of free parking and a porta potty for restroom. We enjoyed the smoked cheeses and meats and other charming knick-knacks and treats. Proprietors are very friendly and willing to answer all your questions. I will be back.

Went for an open houseThey were doing a tour of the business which has been around for 50 yrs. Neat old original setup and newer as well. Had a sampler tasting of some very good smoked products .Needless to say we didn't leave empty handed. Great location and unique old school facility. Don't miss it!

Just a Beautiful ride in Canterbury NH to get to the smokehouse. You can just follow the smell there. Thick peppers bacon and smoked cheese, different flavors of Jerky and meat sticks. Definitely the best place to go for special treats.

Incredible smoked meats and cheeses! Our family have been frequenting Fox Country Smoke House for 50 years.
Probably one of the best smoke houses I've been to! My favorite has to be the jerky, it's the best jerky I've ever had and I have tried many types of jerky before! The sweet bologna sausage is extremely good too. Highly recommend!

Just a warning, if you follow your GPS to the Smoke House, it may take you to a dead end. Evidently there are 2 Briar Bush Rds. Look for signs for it and you'll know you're on the right one. Really cut little place out in the woods. Small retail space with a refrigerated area . They have smoked kielbasa, bacon, cheese, peanuts, and jerky plus various other things to nosh on. The gentleman who appeared from the back was obviously proud of his product and extremely knowledgeable. He even showed off the original smokehouse behind the counter. There is a brewery right down the road as well. Unfortunately it was closed when we visited so we are going to have to go back.
