OMG. Trapped in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Cannot escape

I've been here multiple times but I've stopped going anymore. The nighttime employees have been rude on many occasions. They mess up the drive thru orders all the time. So if you use the drive thru, check your order BEFORE you drive away. Most times they take forever to serve one customer. It's NOT fast food. There should be no reason for that here. Especially with the poor quality food and service. Last is, I've been inside a couple of times and went to use the restroom. It's always filthy and the toilet has been backed up at least three times since I've noticed. I just don't feel that the cheap fast food is worth this risk or poor service. There a other places next door or within a 1-2 minute drive. I don't recommend this location at all.

Didn't get to order, sat in the drive thru for 10 mins at the speaker with no help, no space to pass in the drive thru so had to wait behind the line just to leave. Either understaffed or mismanaged.

Went inside to pick up an online order, told them my name, got yelled at twice again for the name, i was then ignored for about 10 minutes, in that time I watched an employee prepare food with no gloves and repeatedly taking fries with no gloves and eating over the prep table. Disgusting.

Skeleton crew doing a decent jobThis place is excellent. The food is delicious. Never disappointing here. The staff is friendly. The location is convenient. The food is prepared properly and served hot. Very nice selection of beverages. You just can’t go wrong. I would definitely recommend this place to others.Great for a quick bite. Delicious food. Although I feel that the franchise as a whole is going downhill and needs to get their act together. I hope they do because I really enjoy their burgers.
The employees and the food were great. However, I asked them what they were starting at per hour and she told me like 10 50 that’s a shameful rate you guys really need to pay your employees My heart goes out to them. I don’t know how they afford to live.
