One star for online ordering experience and one star for past experiences.... other than that..... ordered for drive thru pick up. Arrived about 3 minutes after app said the order was ready. I rang the "door bell" at the window and waited about two minuets and thought they must be busy. After another 3 minutes of staring at my order on the rack, I rang the bell again. About 30 seconds after the second ring, a nice gentleman opened the window and asked " What's the name?" After I told him he brought my wings and bread and thanked me. I asked what about my salad. He double-checked the receipt and promptly grabbed my salad and (blue cheese) dressing. I asked if the ranch for the wings were in the wing boxes, and he said yes... despite the long wait in the drive thru, I left happy and hungry! I got home and blah I ordered a garden salad and had a ceaser not what I was hoping for. I opened up the wings and had no ranch! My salad was wrong. Our wings had no dipping sauce, and if not for the spinach feta bread, my wife and I would have ended our day with empty bellies. I love to leave good reviews and have left some for your business however today I'm very disappointed!

I got the garlic/parmesan bread bites and there was no garlic sauce whatsoever and barely and Parmesan it tasted like I was eating slightly undercooked flavorless bread I ate one bread bite and threw the rest of the box out.

Tonight was the first time we ordered from Domino's in Concord, NH. This site provided the best service and BEST pizza we've EVER gotten from Domino's anywhere including the previous state where we lived for a long time. The order was accurate and HOT when we received it. The delivery driver was very courteous and respectful. We plan to continue using this location in order to support the outstanding staff!! So I’ve called the store since Saturday night. At 10:55 pm I ordered two pizzas I was charged 19.87 for. Well they also charged me 15.98. I’ve been told for almost a week I’d get the funds back and a manager would call me. None of which has happened. I haven’t called corporate and reported them at this point.

the way Antonio Bennett Preps the pizzas is just so elegant and artistic its impeccable service from ANY Pizza Chain. he is most definitely the most attractive Pizza maker of all dominoes employees, i will be coming back for sure just to get a glimpse of his adorable smile! keep hiring more people like him!
