Coffee and donut were good and as ordered. The shop was very messy. Napkin dispenser empty. Tray liners hanging out of trays, hiding shelves below. Young employees seemed more interested in chatting than keeping area neat.

The staff bring incompetence to a new level. They left me waiting 20 minutes for my order then tried to tell me they already made it. The woman then tells me she'll make my drink but "it's going to take a while" because there are orders at the window ahead of me (???). I had to ask for a refund to finally get my drink. Thanks for making me late for my birthday event ?

The service was horrible !The lady who had blonde hair who was working the front and no idk know her name was sooo rude!I asked her about what side to pick my coffee up at and she snickers and gave me a attitude about it . She was putting my creamAnd sugar inside the cup so I thought I got it right there but she coped a tude when I asked her! I do not recommend this placeThis place needs to be shut down !!!

I wish I could give negative stars. I dont appreciate being yelled at by employees taking my order while smoking a cigarette. Too busy getting lung cancer to listen to what I wanted. Then yelled at me while i drive off. Disgusting.

I'm not sure you can be any more incompetent. I asked for a cream NO sugar. I got sugar and no cream. Had them fix the cream. Not realizing until after I drove off that there was sugar in it. Nice start to a grumpy diabetics morning.(Fyi: the label on the cup was exactly how it should have been... ?)Also - apparently, the new chocolate chip muffin is blueberry. Positive note - the toddler was still satisfied, me not so much.
Can Management please get the young lady who works by herself around 4 in the afternoon some damn help please? Every time I come there after work she is by herself struggling to take orders at the window, make the coffee's, food, and work the counter. I sit in the line for 10-15 minutes before she even takes the order and another 10 to have it completed. Its NOT her fault there is no one there to help her. If there is someone who is supposed to be helping her, they are no where to be seen or heard during the second busiest times of the day. NOT ACCEPTABLE to Customers and NOT FAIR to her.

Tried to order something from inside because I wouldn’t fit through the drive through and the lady inside was the most miserable person to deal with. Walked by me standing at the counter looked at me and kept going. So I turned around And went to the gas station and got a drink and snack from there. By far the worst employees I have ever dealt with.

Always slow when I go here. Closed earlier than the stated time and was just looking for coffee. This one needs a major overhaul, the ones working can't handle the flow of customers. Wendy's across the street does ten times the amount of customers and never have had to wait more than a few minutes from them. These employees need to be informed of what is required of them and how they earn a paycheck. One time the girl was too busy flirting and talking to her boyfriend on the inside rather than do their job in a reasonable timely manner. So sad because this use to be one of the best, not the top of the list for worst.
