Been a customer for what I believe is over 20 years. The only sandwich I like, (Bacon Turkey Bravo) just got Retired off the menu. Absolute disappointment. Tried to get a reps attention to ask if there is still pizza, either he was hearing impaired, or completely ignored my “hello sir?” The chain has gone downhill, I’ll likely choose another restaurant now.

Chocolate Croissants. Need I say more? It is such good spot for a bite and coffee with a friend or family member.

This isn't my style restaurant but friends or family drag me in. That said I can always find something I like. The flow from order to pickup is smooth and the food is great and fresh. Last time I had the southwest chicken ceasar salad and it was tasty. I did inquire about the pizza but they convinced me I wouldn't like it.

The service was very good and because it was late in the evening it didn't take long to get what we wanted. The seating was nice with strong wifi to browse the web. Overall it was a nice experience.Parking: It was later in the evening and we had to wait for a car to leave just so we could park.

My wife and I stopped for breakfast. They over cooked both breakfast sandwiches, her croissant was more like ash than a buttery piece of delicious. My everything bagel was basically those bagel chips you can get at the grocery store.

I used to be a regular at this Panera.Until I had a horrible experience yesterday, a woman approached me and told me that Panera poisoned my food...obviously, I didn't eat it. I was so bothered by it I came back an hour later to tell the manager that this woman (who was still in the restaurant) was saying such things. I talked to the Assistant Manager he told me "We are well aware" She was not removed from the restaurant, spoken to, or anything. She was BACK in there this morning when I went to Verizon. I no longer consider this a safe place to meet with clients or to have breakfast with my young daughter. Such a shame.

Food was prepared well and what you'd expect from a Panera bread.Prices have increased significantly for fast food. Expect $15 per food item and about $4 per beverage. The new construction enlarged the eating area but made the rest of the space very cramped. When you're picking up your food, there's not much room to move around and there's people everywhere including staff squeezing by. So be careful to not drop your food.

I did not catch her name but whomever she was at register went above and beyond just for me. I am allergic to strawberries and she went out of her way to make me a parfait without them and brought it to my table! Just amazing service. Thank you. Thank you so much for making me feel special. We need more like you. A plus service and I hope you get a raise for all your hard work. Julie.
Typical Panera, good customer service, easy access from highway.

Panera seems to have really gone down hill in multiple areas. Portion sizes are incredibly smaller. The baguette that came with my pick two lunch was hard as a rock and tiny. I got the half chicken salad and half 10 veggie soup combo and spent close to $20 and left still hungry Was very disappointed with my mostly bread and soggy lettuce chicken salad sandwich. The preferred ordering option is by using the self serve tablets there 4 available at the concord location. Two were “resting” and unusable, one registered only certain touch points on the tablet screen which left only one tablet for a line of waiting people. Lastly, the person sitting near me was talking on the phone loudly and the conversation was less then…kid friendly and almost felt like and accomplice to talks about stealing from business in the area. Technically not paneras fault but I did think to “hangout” in the dining area a purchase should be made.

Food we ordered cost $53 for two people. I got a pick 2 warm bowl and soup deal. My husband got a sandwich and half salad. Plus two small fountain drinks. Asked manager if he thought total cost was high for what we got. His reply was yes and that he doesn’t eat there.
