Discovered this Bakery when taking my sil to an eye appointment. Now, when I have a chance to be in Concord, I make a special trip to go there. Blueberry muffins are FANTASTIC! Chocolate chip cookies are yummy & the soups and sandwiches are delicious. The people are friendly, professional and do a GREAT job of keeping everyone happy!!!

The food sent my husband and I to the bathroom all night. My husband called the owner Charles and he said there is nothing wrong with his food, he will not refund, accused us of lying and then hung up on my husband. BEWARE

It's not that I didn't like this restaurant, but I didn't love it for any particular reason, either. Some diners heard that it was "clean eating," so we went, and I guess they were okay with what they had. One of the chosen pre-prepared salad offerings looked wonderful, and when we looked, they all looked really good. The paninis and sandwiches seem to be their thing here, and the panini ordered was served hot and was very good. Bottled sodas. Smoothies pretty good, not very good. Mostly mango, not enough of the other ingredients. The toasted bagel with butter was good. Service was very friendly, it was counter service, and it was fine. Green mountain coffee served. (Ugh. Not a fan.) Nothing to 'write home' about, but a nice place to hang out with a small party in Concord. Lots of NHPR people floating in and about. Kind of not such a big deal but kind of okay, anyway. Will maybe return depending on circumstances.

Been here a couple of times. Love the paninis. Soup is always good. Only semi not so great moment was I ordered a chicken quesadilla plenty of meat but half of the chicken was bit dry. The salsa made up for it. I will keep eating there.

Choose this place for breakfast. Do it. You'll be treated like an old friend. You'll be served delicious food with homemade flair and outstanding accents (I think she made the salsa after I ordered the quesadilla). These folks have created an atmosphere that includes kindness and careful, thoughtful food preparation. I stayed for nearly an hour.

No longer In A Pinch, the Pillsbury Pantry Cafe and Bakery still serves pretty good sandwiches and is about the only option for this side of town. On this visit the BLT was only so so. The GF bread was not toasted which did not help the other lack luster ingredients. I have enjoyed this before, but shall stay away from the BLT.

The quiche is AMAZING! I love this place. Any time I need to bring lunch anywhere for a client I always stop in here. You can't go wrong with Pillsbury!

Would like to have seen more cheese in a grilled cheese sandwich that costs $7.00.

I absolutely ADORE this place. First off, they are always so friendly and welcoming. Many of the customers are regulars that work in the offices in the same building. The employees often greet the customers by name and asking about their days/ weekends etc. Their soups are my favorite and with winter right around the corner I am excited to try all of their rotating recipes - I've never been disappointed! All around, their food is delicious and I would highly recommend this place! In fact, today they were giving out samples of their banana chocolate scones to the customers sitting in for lunch - I was lucky to score one and it was SO DELICIOUS!

This is my "go to" place when I am in Concord. Great food, made in house. Jill and Charles are the best! If you are looking for a great lunch, or need baked goods, this is your place.

Love the ownership and food! Salads are ready and as beautiful as it gets. Quiches, I promise you won't be disappointed or hungry. Great prices, portions, and quality is wonderful. Soups are awesome too! Highly recommend this breakfast or lunch spot!

I only wish they had weekend hours! Great menu. Well priced. The desserts...are you kidding me? Amazing. Cozy space. And most importantly, amazing people.
