The kid who “manages” this place has absolutely zero management skills. He seems to be younger than 20. I used to come here all the time and ever since the short younger blonde girls left, the place has gone downhill. Its dirty, drinks are never made right and the employees are very rude. The manager was too busy talking to his friends and left one girl to run the entire store by herself. She had to stop multiple times and go out from behind the counter to ask her manager how to do something. Take the extra trip and go to the new location downtown.

When I got there it wasn't busy at all and there were 3 people there and It took 5 minutes for someone to take my order. After that it took 15 more minutes to get my drink, it was because the people there were to busy standing and talking and were too involved with themselves to see me walk up to the register. I was very unsatisfied with my drink, it tasted very watery was very separated.

This Starbucks is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're going to get. There is no consistency in their drinks, especially their frozen drinks. You can go one day and order a ribbon crunch and it could be perfect. The next three days you you go and they don't taste right or they're not putting The product in correctly. I have spoke with the manager before in this location and they have even spoken to some of the workers. I am tired of spending all kinds of money on expensive drinks not getting them your way why train someone to do their job if they can't do it correctly so if you're planning on getting food or drinks from this place, just make sure you check it first they are like McDonald's. And the food that they sell prepackaged premade let me throw it in a microwave and cost shit eight or nine dollars for a sandwich it's ridiculous and it taste like shit.

I was 1 of 2 people in line. After ordering it took 15 minutes to get my drink because the 3 girls behind the counter kept stopping to talk and gossip. Between the 3 of them it took that long to make the 4 drinks on the order in front of me and my 1 drink. My drink was watery and separated so I didn’t even end up drinking it and was just frustrated so I didn’t bother having it remade. This hasn’t ever happened at other locations before.2 of the girls also had very long hair that wasn’t completely tied back and it just seemed unsanitary the way they kept tossing it over their shoulders and playing with it while making the orders.

Awful old women snapped at me when I asked for my usual. Told me she had to charge me extra then wouldn’t let the other employee fill my cup up more than half way past the second line. Never had that happen before and the other employee looked embarrassed. Mind you, there was no problem serving the customers that weren’t wearing rainbows. Kept my mouth shut but in hindsight I should have been a Karen because it made me feel awful. Just get your Starbucks across the street :(

Inside the front door of Target. Clean, large unit, with seating. Full service. I did not have to wait for service.Chai latte was prepared quickly and was delicious, as one has come to expect from Starbucks. I didn't avail myself of any treats, but they looked fresh and yummy.Staff wore masks.I would go here again.

I've enjoyed this Starbucks location for ages. It's always been a wonderful experience whether I went through the Drive-thru or I went inside. However, since the pandemic, this place has really struggled. The hours are random so I never no if they'll be open or closed. There is no explanation for this unless you ask. Yesterday, I went through the drive-thru because the inside was closed due to a lack of staff. I ordered a salted caramel cold brew and wanted it made with coconut milk foam. The staff member told me that they no longer foam non-dairy milk. When I asked for the reason, she said "there's no way to charge for it and that all Starbucks locations stopped doing it "like 6 months ago". I told her that the Starbucks down the road from them in Target did for me yesterday without hesitation. She responded that " I don't know what the other Starbuck's are doing, but we don't do it." It just didn't make any sense to me. There's always a way to charge for something. I asked her what was happening with this Starbucks and she said sarcastically, "we don't have enough staff.......just like everybody else. " I do empathize with that, but other places are able to keep more consistent hours even if their hours have changed due to staffing issues. If you're going to continue to charge people $5.00 or more for coffee than you need to give them options and be polite. It's just a shame and I hope that they can resolve these issues and get back on their feet.
