This was my first time at a Starbucks. I was initially overwhelmed by the menu and I'm not a huge coffee person. Fortunately, RJ broke everything down and made it simple for me. I'll definitely be back soon.

I thank you, RJ, so very much for everything you did, on Wed, during my visit at Starbucks @ Storrs St. It meant a lot to me. I've had a few recent visits at that specific Starbucks where I walked away very sad at what had transpired there with some staff and drink issues. With you, from my first couple of minutes talking outside as you washed the windows, I could feel your positive energy! It uplifted me ?. Then, inside, as I requested my drink, with you as the Barista, your kindness that followed with what you offered in addition was so unexpected and gratefully received. I've had people say & do things for me, during these past 6 months in Concord, and then I found out they were paid money to do it. This didn't feel like that. Important for me to say, loud & clear, to other staff/other restaurants who might read this and be offered money to copy her approach: Don't. I'll say: "no, thanks". And...this review better not cause problems for her by those jealous. If it does, RJ, find me. They will deal with me. You've got me by your side...always. My deepest thanks to you for your excellent customer service?. May it spread genuine caring.

last time i went i had a piece of plastic in my drink and went to request a refund and they instead offered to make me a new one and when i turned that down the employees mood changed. i got the refund. but have no desire to return.

my first time visiting 2 days ago. The line was pretty long but moved fairly quick. I got a wrap and an iced coffee. my wrap was ready in 2 minutes, my coffee was ready in 20, and the food was cold by the time the coffee was done. i had to ask if my order got skipped over (after 15 minutes of waiting) and i showed them what drink i ordered, and they said "we'll get right on that" and then didnt. everybody around me got their things before me, and they were very obviously pissy that i had asked, as if I had messed up. I think ill stick with Dunks, there's nothing better about this place.

It was ok it's a fairly new location. It's only 1 of 2 Starbucks in my city of Concord NH ! My drink was A mazing Caramel Ribbon Crunch delicious.

They took my order at the drive-thru then 15 minutes later I get up to the window " what did you get?"Seriously? Then I have to sit there for another couple minutes while they make it.
