Came in at 855pm Friday night. Ordered our drinks and food. Cheese sticks came, salads never did. Watched as 2 other parties, both parties of 2 ours was a party of 3 received their apps and main courses... both of which were seated after us. One hour after we ordered our food came out. Not by our waitress but by another woman. We told her we never received our salads. Our waitress came over and tried to blame it on the other girl and said that she bumped it off the screen so it didn't go in and tried to bring them to us now... no need for that now. Maybe it would have helped if our waitress wrote down our order... which I had commented to my wife when she took our order. I bet it gets screwed up since she didn't write it down... food?? Fries were not even warm... ribs? Overcooked and dry and then smothered in sauce... last time going here! Final excuse before we left was that the manager cut staff earlier that night and they got busy... yeah ok.

Food was pretty good but a little more pricey than their competition for serving size. Slow night so service was good. Waitress was very friendly and attentive.Parking: Parking is free but a little walk to the entrance.
Service out standing Alex was our waiter very hard working young man. Was limited on food choices due to equipment being broken. And it was very cold in there. We ate w our jackets on our laps to stay
We ordered three orders of the blackened salmon unfortunately it was overcooked and dry and we wouldn't recommend it! My friend ordered the baby back ribs and they were excellent!

Went here with a big group of about 10 people. Some wait is expected and it's not their fault.However, when the entire restaurant two servers, it's very disappointing.I ended up leaving because of the wait and the fact that everyone seemed to have a big wait for their food.I'm sure it's not anyone's fault, (it was the day after Christmas). I understand that it is so hard to get people to work during the holidays.

Yikes. So i will say. They were so short staffed that only one server was working. We waited 25 mins at 9:45pm on a Saturday for a table for 3. Then when we sat, we were not even greeted by our server for another 25 minutes to ask what we wanted to drink. Then the waitress gave us a bit of attitude when probably not on purpose and because she was the only server. She had a chance to make up for the bad experience so far with some decent customer service, but that wasn’t the case here. We ended up just leaving before ordering anything even though the food looked good and the prices looked fair. If they are short staffed or you notice a ton of open tables but have a long wait, probably best to go somewhere else. Restaurant just has to be better at properly staffing this place and if it was, I think the experience would have been fine.

Let me start the waitress was brand new and she tried and tried to keep informed BUT we waited 30 minutes to get seated but waited another 45-50 minutes to get our food after it was ordered. When we did finally get it, it was luke warm at best. The kitchen staff really had their heads up their butts to take that long to prepare such an unacceptable meal and allow it to be served. I will not go back not that anyone caresNo response that shows they just don't care. Was told I would hear from someone, from God knows where
