Lots of whiney people about slow service. Food is great, two wait staff trying to service a room did their best and never stopped working. They also showed up for their job and were kind and professional.

I stood at the hostess stand for quite a while as servers, etc., walked by. No one took a second to stop, greet me, or let me know. Apparently there is no dinner on the third floor, only breakfast, but there are no signs stating that

Delicious buffet style breakfast! We were pleasantly surprised with just how good it was. It was buffet style but served by staff members (due to covid) so that customers were not touching anything at all, just letting the staff put what you want on your plate. The scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, waffles, pancakes and muffins were all cooked to perfection! The typical fruit salad of honeydew melon, canteloupe, pineapple and grapes was so fresh. The best fruit salad I have ever had at a hotel breakfast. The staff were all cheerful and accommodating. 10/10 would go again!

Good coffee and pancakes, what more could you want? ?

The restaurant wasn't too bad. My wife got the haddock. She liked it. We had breakfast too and it wasn't bad.The restaurant takeout window near the water park MUST BE AVOIDED. We got 3 hot dog baskets, pretzels that were practically inedible, a slushy strawberry drink (which was the best out of everything) and a fruit plate. It came to $65 dollars. The hot dogs were pretty bad. From the looks of it the guy working the stand counter did everything and the 2 girls sat around chatting. Do not eat here.

Long wait for subpar service. Over-priced offerings for average food. At least the view was nice!

Very disappointing. Our family had dinner there on 1/18/2020. The food was ok, but the service was terrible! First of all our waitress gave all of the teenagers a toddler sized cup which they drank in one sip. She said she'd be back with regular sized glasses for them, but never brought them. An hour went by and she never even asked any of the rest of us if we needed refills. It took over an hour for us to get any food or any refills. We had ordered an appetizer that she brought with the meals instead of beforehand. Then when it came time to pay it took her another 20 minutes to return a debit card. We definitely will not eat there again. The next night we ordered pizza downstairs and had an excellent waitress!

My group ate breakfast here this morning (September 12, 2020) and found it to be good to high quality for a higher price than I would normally pay for pancakes and a breakfast burrito but it was well worth it for the convenience of not having to leave the resort for breakfast. The coffee is nothing special (and had grounds in this morning's batch) but gets the job done. The view out on the patio was exquisite and a great start to a day in the White Mountains.

2 parts to this review. First-food Second-sanitation/cleanliness. The food we had was absolutely delicious. Although it was only breakfast I would actually give it 5 stars. We had the homemade corned beef hash with huge chunks of meat, scrambled eggs, home fries and English muffin. We also had the make your own omelet which was loaded with everything. It was big and fluffy also served with home fries and English muffin. I'm not usually a fan of big chunk potatoes but I think these were deep fried or maybe convection oven because they were crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Now to the other part of my review. We had coffee and water. When my water came there was something floating in it AND the glass had 3 food items stuck to the inside, which does happen sometimes after it comes from the dishwasher, but still people should be checking for these kinds of things. The coffee. Each table was given a carafe which I thought was great because you don't have to wait for a second cup if you want more coffee. The table is set with trays of assorted sugars and bowls of refrigerator-type creamers. First cup of coffee was fine.. second cup not so much. When I made my second cup, the creamer curdled which I informed the waitress, but now it turned me off and didn't another cup. So creamers are being left out/not rotated. The OJ looked good, lots of pulp but it was actually watered down. Good thing it was included in our breakfast package because if we had to pay $3 for it like most restaurants we would have sent it back. Then, just by chance, because of the direction that I chose to sit, I got to witness the girls clearing and resetting the tables. They cleared the plates, wiped the tables down, touched the chairs pushing them all in, put out place mats, napkins, and then without over washing their hands, proceeded to set the silverware by placing them down touching EVERY piece by the opposite end. Like literally every piece, she touched the tines of every fork, the round part of every spoon, the cutting edge of every butter knife. Not the handle but the part that touches your food. Why on earth would you set the silverware by touching that part?? Thankfully our food hadn't shown up yet so I polished off my silverware with my napkin although I had used my spoon for my coffee. I have said this in the past, I think EVERY person that works with anything that has to do with food should be required by LAW to take sanitation classes. Yes maybe nobody got sick yesterday, but why would any establishment want to risk that when it is something that can easily be avoided with a little common sense. Ok, rant over!

We were part of a Caravan Tour group that stayed at the Red Jacket Inn in late September. Our dinner was a plated meal and our breakfast was a buffet. I must admit I enjoyed the breakfast buffet more than the dinner. My dinner, chicken, was dry and the service at our table was horrible.....we asked for more dressing, more than once, and it was delivered after we were finished with our salads; we asked for more coffee, and it barely came before dessert; and I personally ordered a glass of wine, which took forever to arrive and only did after I asked another staff member to check to see what happened to my wine order. The buffet did have quite a variety but beware the area by the syrup....the floor was horribly sticky and we were one of the first people in there that morning!

First day Aug 2nd; here we ate bfast and it was OFF THE CHAIN!, for ppl complaining about it being over priced stop crying and get it included in your package deal that they offer like we did we eat all week bfast covered....you expect a place like this to run on chump change smh then I'm sure ppl will complain wishing that dinner be included as well...anyway back to the food...(as far as bfast goes) nice variety of choices of starches, fruits, meat, and made to order eggs however you like with the side items included for omelets. Staff super friendly we still got 4 more days to go here here...and so far kids are having a blast of a time! Love it so far so good will be adding a end review once trip is completed
