The Manager and his team that worked the night shift on 3/4/24 were amazing. My wife and I brought our son for his first visit to Dairy Queen, the manager and staff engaged him and definitely made the experience one for him to remember. Thank you so much best DQ I’ve ever been too.

Food was absolutely delicious and we love having options for sides. Very clean. They were definitely short staffed so the wait was a bit more than you'd typically expect from a fast food place, but they were all very personable.

Relative to my experience, February 25th.When my family arrived to order a quick lunch, we went inside the store. There were no customers in line.We spent 10+ minutes in line and were never approached at the register to place an order.There was a female employee who looked over and saw the line, which was about 10 people total now as two families were waiting to order, but she never approached the register.After a while, a cook noticed the line growing and motioned to the female that she had customers to take orders from.She waved him off and declined to come and take any orders or approach the register to address any issues that may or may not have contributed as a reason they were refusing to take orders.We remained very patient in line, but after a few more minutes, we left to get back on our ride home.The family behind us in line also left without ordering.Neither party was ever addressed by any employee.

Ordered Blizzard--fruit only half-way down. Needs to be stirred all the way down.Update 9/9/23: ordered Blizzard. Asked for fruid to be stirred down to the bottom, and that--again--was not done. It's possible. A store in Manchester always gets it right!Plus, this location seems to be upping the price: a medium Bluzzard cost me with tax $7.25--way more than other locations.

Fast and friendly service. Food was good, and the restaurant was clean. It can get a little busy sometimes though. Menu is basic, burgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, grilled cheese, fries. But there are plenty of ice cream options. Their full menu is available to see on their website. Great location, located right by the outlets, walking distance. Taking a left turn out of there can be tricky but you can always just take a right and a left to turn around at the lights a block up the road. They offer dine in, takeout, and drive thru service with the option of making mobile orders.Parking: Tropical fast food parking lot, enough spaces for a full house.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids with options kids line and ice cream. Plus kids meals come with a kids soft serve cone.Wheelchair accessibility: The building is wheelchair accessible with handicap spaces close to the entrance.
