First time there. Food was pretty good. Friendly and attentive waiter. The place smelled a bit musty.. like dirty carpets maybe. Kind of off-season for them I think. Some spring cleaning should fix that.

We went for lunch. Our server was Paul. The nicest man. He ran to give me my jacket I left on the back of my chair. He also ran outside but we had gone because my friend left her credit card on the table. We turned around went back and Paul was so professional and sweet. He was so happy we came back to pick up the credit card. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was amazing. Nice and bright and clean.

The computers were down when we arrived. We waited 20minutes with the hopes that they would come back up. They were telling people they would have to close. What?Why? What happened to writing orders on paper and bringing them to the kitchen. There are lots of things, in my opinion, that they could have been doing. It just seemed like they were content with all the business they were losing. They seemed to be solely focused on the problem and were not interested in finding solutions. I'm not sure why it bothered me so much. It's not like it was my money that was walking out the door or that we were even really inconvenienced. I guess I find it sad how society has made us so complacent, no one cares to try.

10/10 The BEST wings I have EVER had. Our server was so patient and accommodating with my food allergies. They nailed it. A Conway MUST go!Dietary restrictions: They have a couple of options but accommodate to the best of their ability!!They use Udis bread for buns and have salads. Their wings are GF if they're baked.
