The absolute best Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten at. The food s so fresh, so good. I have never been disappointed. Make sure you bring your appetite because the portions are enormous! I feel like family when I am there. The entire staff is awesome and friendly and go out of their way to ensure the best meal experience ever. I make sure I stop every time I am not NH!!!!

Well, be aware that all their Margherita specials are all pre-made. I ordered a chicken Quesadilla. The tortilla was saturated with the juices from their shredded chicken, no cheese, rice was cold, and beans were cold and thick. Will not be back.

Fietsa Jalisco is a must whenever we're in North Conway. I highly recommend getting the house specialty molcajete. It's outstanding! The shrimp, chicken, pineapple, and caramelized onions were so yummy. Also, their homemade chips, salsa, and guacamole are always great.

ALWAYS delicious. Made two stops in for lunch and one for dinner during a week long stay in North Conway. Go to spot for over 15 years.Chicken chimichanga, chicken enchilada, beans, rice along with some chips and salsa make for a full meal!!
