We went last night and the staff were very accommodating( we showed up party of 8 no reservation). The place is very small and it seemed like one young lady was running the whole restaurant but she did a great job. The food wasn't anything to write home about but we were drunk and hungry so it did the job. I'd come back. Good vibes, Live music or kareoke on Fridays + Saturdays could up the vibe too ^-^ just a suggestion

When we walked in, we felt invisible. No one directed us to where we should sit. Finally, the bartender took our drink order. However, she greeted everybody else that came in the door. It took her a while to come back to take our dinner order. I really think the waitress who didn’t have many tables should’ve stepped in and helped the bartender! The menu online was different than their present menu.

Bachelor party weekend 10 of us stopped in early afternoon just for food and a few drinks to kill time between events we had planned and come to or surprise it was probably one of the best parts of the entire weekend. Our waitress really made the experience go. from really good to us all asking ourselves how soon can we make another trip out here. Food was phenomenal!!! I got the Ruben I’d say this place had some of the best pastrami I’ve ever had in a Ruben. If I had to guess I’d say lean to fat ratio was 90-10. If I had to recommend a place for someone to eat in the surrounding 50 miles I’d recommend this place first without hesitation. Thank you for the amazing experience, you guys truly take pride in what you do. Only downside I can think of is that it’s not closer to my house!!! Will definitely be coming back asap!

Busy Friday night here @ Hooligans. You must try the Asian Special it's yummy and completely unexpected when you get here. It's the only thing listed on the back of the menu. Fall off the bone Asian Ribs, couple of chicken fingers, couple of jumbo shrimp and a half dozen wings... Ribs were so good we took an order of those to go along with an order of chicken pot pie. Showed up on a Holiday Monday. Waitress was working solo. We should have ate at the bar. The regulars knew better. I did speak to the owner and he was very apologetic and I very much appreciate that he values his customers. I will be back. Thank you.

The fish and chips was very good and a large portion. I took some home and I made a large fish sandwich, just a few minutes in the air fryer, added a slice of cheese and yum.My point is, a very large portion.

Great little off the beaten path neighborhood bar and restaurant. American pub fare full bar menu and craft beer. Our hardworking server Alicia made our experience memorable despite a big holiday crowd and being understaffed. We will be back

We stayed in town for one night in our road trip and stopped by here. We liked the place. We ordered cheeseburgers and some soups. Quite Good. Recommended if you are in the area.

It was clean, the fish and chips were delicious. The hamburger was ok but the mashed potatoes were delicious! The one staff member was very clearly busy and overwhelmed. It took a while for everything but it was pleasant and delicious overall. If you have plenty of time it's a fine spot. Not a quick eat.

Never had a bad meal.Edit: I went in for a drink and was told by the bartender that it was too busy and she couldn't take anymore customers. I looked around and only 4 tables had people and there were open chairs at the bar. I asked if we could sit at the bar and was told sorry it's too busy. As I sit here today at the Moat, the bar is full and the bartender is also supporting the wait staff.
