First time I’ve received edible food from a McDonald’s in maybe 10 visits.Parking: Tons of spots in the summer, but sometimes limited after a dumping of snow.

Curbside app decides to not work which is usually fine, go to the drive-through give them the number and you’re on your way. The man at the drive-through after giving him my order number literally said “well I don’t see it. I don’t know what to tell you.” Continued to say that, ik your manager on duty has a headset on and could hear the conversation because after being told that I was asked to come inside where I was asked to wait again and the girl on duty seemed to avoid my look just to be handed a bag with cold gross fries and my burgers to be covered in ketchup and lettuce from other peoples food GROSS ?

The girl at the window refused to give me my change, or my receipt, But I didn’t want to get into an argument with a 15-year-old about $1.50 so when she rudely waved long as if I was holding up a massive line and started the receipt will be on the bag I moved the next window. The person who handed me my food was very sweet and informed me that they were going to be a little late. I accepted this because it was a large order for four people, but when we tried to eat the sandwiches had no sauce or toppings on them just meat patties and bread. Why would it take 20 min to put cold meat patties on bread? Because I had no receipt I couldn’t do anything about the messed up order, the drinks also tasted like soap, but at least that means the machine was cleaned. What was the point of renovating this entire building if you weren’t going to bother to train the staff on how to do the job?

Zero is not even good enough, it's not enough that they have jacked there prices sky high 2 value meals are over 25 buck.. but the people there can't read they put the tickets on both sandwiches and still ignored it and made them regular....I strongly suggest avoiding the north conway mcdonalds.. and then they don't answer there phone to take the complaint...

if i could rate this place a 0 stars i would!!! right as i walked in, it smelled like cat pee which made me completely lose my appetite. i payed with cash for my food and the cashier gave me back the wrong amount of change. $7 less!!! do not waste your time here.

I needed to grab a quick breakfast on the way to the mountain... Halfway to the mountain I open up my sandwich to see no egg on my egg McMuffin! And then again on the second one... Too late to turn back and have them correct it, thanks for the trash

You can get more food for a cheaper price at the steak house across the street, not even an exaggeration. Only redeeming quality is they kept the ski gondola seating. They charging steakhouse prices for dollar menu

They kept a few of the gondolas, but the atmosphere is still very McDonald's. Kiosk or app orders only. You have to beg for assistance if there are any issues with either.

i had ordered 2 Big Mac meals and one qaurter pounder meal add Mac sauce and I got charged 30 dollars, my son open the bag and found 3 quarter pounders 2 plain 1 with Mac sauce.Not what I paid for at all.

Since their recent renovations and reopening the quality of the food has dramatically decreased. At least fifty percent of my orders have been missing items or have been made wrong. The most notable change has been the fries, they have been cold and stale, nothing like they are from any other McDonalds. My large fry containers have only been half full. My most recent purchase, the fillet of fish cheese was fully off the sandwich and completely stuck to the cardboard box, and the same for my sons cheeseburger, the cheese was 75% off the sandwich. I went in to speak to the staff and was given coupons for sandwiches but this does not address the issues they are having. Until they correct these issues, we will not be visiting this McDonalds.

Moved curbside and didn't bother to sign where it's now located. Staff got huffy when they told us it's now in the front of the building and not a long the exit where it used to be. Slow slow slow morning crew. Placed a pickup order 10 minutes prior to arriving and it took an additional 10+ minutes to receive after arriving.

The Mc Chicken: 1st off the pickles were dry and gross, they tasted old. The chicken was crusty, the bread was soggy. WAY too much mayo.Dr. Pepper: 1st off it was great and refreshing UNTIL WE GOT HOME. We almost finished the drinks. But found NEWSPAPER floating in our drink. We were driving in the dark so we didn’t notice at first. DISGUSTING.Chicken Nuggets: Crusty, over cooked, dark brown, hard as a rock. The bbq sauce couldn’t even save it.The happy meal don’t make you happy, it makes you sad.After this experience we will NEVER be coming here again!

This place hasn’t changed for the better.The phrase “ a fish stinks from the head down” applies to this place.No exaggeration, this place can’t fulfill a happy meal order to save their life.No apple slices, just like the last four times ( over the last 8 months) . No condiments that I asked for , just like the last four times.Sooo.. I had to go inside, just like the last four times.I got to watch controlled chaos inside , as it wasn’t even the lunch rush and there were maybe 5 cars in the queue for drive through and three people in line for in store service.The cashier didn’t know what Mayo was .This is the signs of a breakdown from ownership on down.This is a loose ship that needs an overhaul.
