I used to eat here whenever I was traveling through the white mountains. Food was great, staff was awesome. Every visit was a pleasurable experience. I myself would also love to know why McGrath's is still closed, and if it will be re- opening. It is sorely missed, and I hope all is well with the owners and staff at any rate.

Whats the story with this place. For 2 years its been closed despite being on the website as open. There are no signs on the building. It used to be great. I come in from out of state and used to look forward to it.

If there is one restaurant to try, You have to comre to this place The McGrath's Tavern Right in the heart of North Conway . This place has great parking spaces for al, Customers . Inside is a Full Bar and restaurant with Great Hosts and Wait Staff and bartenders that New Hampshire has ever produced . But with thigs the way they are today wit the pandemic, things are not the same as they once were si I think this place is have Cuirbside Pick ups and deliveries and the inside closed till further notice .Which By the way SUCKS! But on the inside I can describe when I was there 2 1/2 years ago before all this started It has a nice inside Full Bar with exotic alcoholic Drinks , Water, and Root beers , Sodas , Beers on Tap , It has 5-6 HGTV's to watch their favorite Sports And News Broadcasts . It has a lovely rooftop padio and ias Dog friendly as well to Service Dogs and more and it is for people of all ages to enjoy here . Plus it is family owned By a wonderful family The McGrath's . They make sure that Your Hopspitality meets up to your satisfaction and make sure all your needs are met without question . The Foods I Loved there as a kid to young adult were the Drunken Beer Batter Fish and Chips , The The Stuffed tater Tots , The Huge Stacked Hamburgers , The Seafood of the day platters and more . They were the best foods I have ever had there . The menus have the very traditional Irrish meals of all of New England That you'll ever have and keep coming back fr more . while you wantch your favorite sports and news and have a great time in this place . But I can make a few suggestions that will keep Cistomers coming back for more is to have keepsakes for all the customers enjoyments, is by making T-Shirts with their Logos , Sunvisors , Caps , Coffee Mugs and More . This place is one of a kind that you cannot ever find anywhere else in the US today . This is a real special place to come to in North Conway , New Hampshire I Hope you never forget . McGrath's has simply amazing food! We've never had anything we didn't like there, from seafood to burgers and everything in between. Wonderful quality, good prices, friendly service, and they have live music often from local bands. Great atmosphere! And the outdoor seating in the summer is awesome!

Cute old house with a great history. Since this is a converted house, the dining areas are spread around. Menu is pretty small with typical pub fare. Fries and chips are great. French dip was ok, but the globs of fat that wasn't trimmed off wasn't appreciated. The other 3 people had burgers, and they had no complaints.

Disappointed with the food for this restaurant. Used the reviews and, omgosh, so bad. Sent back loaded potatoes so overcooked.... Came back not much better... Luke warm mash, sent back and came out Luke warm again. All burgers came out well done when they were supposed to be medium... Didn't dare order dessert. Skip this place!
