I go here about once every two weeks with my teenage daughters and toddlers everyone is so wonderful ,patient ,kind. Specially want to thank Mary for taking the time to understand my child with a speech impediment she is lovely as well can't wait to go back again on our next girl's Day! Do wish there was a couple more seating areas child friendly but we don't usually hang out there as we go on shopping.Parking: There's usually a few spots open but it is a highly trafficked area.

I would not recommend going to this Starbucks. I have not wanted to put my money into Starbucks but, I made the mistake of going a few times and each time it was overpriced and unenjoyable. The customer service is continuing to be lackluster and for overpriced drinks. I'd rather make them at home or go down the street to a small business and support them.They don't know what they're doing there as far as drinks or what goes into them. I would highly recommend going down the street to the Met where there are a lot of different flavors and the baristas know everything and anything you would want about coffee and more ????

Yesterday on Thursday 28 2023 I was on vacation and decided get caramel Frappuccino as I always order from Starbucks. The incident took place at North Conway NH place.It was 1/2 off from 12 through 6 for any crafted beverage.The young gentleman who worked at the Starbucks was very rude, charged me full price and when I pointed out that he should charge me 1/2, he gave me card and said that it was 4$ on the card and it was for my next stop at Starbucks… Today in New Jersey Starbucks I tried to use the 4$ card and find out that guy rudely lied to me: there was not any money on the card…So, it was very disappointing during holiday to encounter such horrible young gentleman who is working at such nice place as New Hampshire Starbucks.I am very devoted Starbucks customer, Julia Pavlova, and it is a great shame to see this type of incidents…

We were in an accident in front of the store. The staff were wonderful to us, offering us a free beverage, and a warm place to sit with all of our Christmas shopping bags, until our wrecker and ride home arrived. We didn’t eat or drink as we had JUST finished our dinner when the accident happened. They were very kind to us.

Ordered two drinks from here of the app. A venti and a grandé. Barely filled either of them. I picked up the venti and was shocked by how light it was. Opened it up and found it was barely filled. Starbucks isn't cheap. So if you want a full drink check it before you leave.
They have coffee. Not very clean inside seating area or restrooms.

Sunday morning around 10a visited this Starbucks and ordered in the store. The young man that took my order was friendly and delivered the two coffees quickly while I stood at register and a short wait for heated pumpkin bread. The store appeared to be adequately staffed for the long drive thru and mobile orders. This is the first good experience I had with in-store ordering at a Starbucks in a while. My black Thanksgiving blend grande disappointed in flavor and strength. Will not order it again. Most in store customers were enjoying their morning time in quiet.

My wife has ordered her drink for the past 4 days and gets extra toppings and Carmel and they have not done so she is to nice to complain but I'm not your employees need to lurn how to read a slip and make the drink the way it says to be made she pays for it and the extra stuff she gets on it so she should get what she pays for definitely at 9 dollars for a coffee
