My husband and I had a great meal. He had veal parm, it melted in your mouth. I had chicken picata, yummy. The penne pasta in both meals was al dente. The meals came with a nice side salad with italian dressing and fresh bread with great dipping oil. If you love Italian food and are in North Conway this is the place to go. Reservations recommended as they are verrrry popular.?

Travellers, this is an Italian restaurant that has a lot of fun atmosphere. Service was fantastic and with a smile. The lobster bisque is delicious and the minestrone was good. The house salad is delicious. The other items we ordered was very good but shy of outstanding. The vodka sauce was overly thick and on the sweeter side. The chicken in the chicken Parmesan had an unpleasant coating that seemed greasy. The linguini and clam sauce could’ve used some fresh clams on the plate and some fresh parsley. The orecchiette with sausage and broccoli rabe left a lot to be desired in the taste department. It was not cheap so I wish the food was as good as the prices.TLDR okay Italian food

We paid $26 for 7 takeout ravioli. $6 extra for gluten free pasta. It was good food, but not great. Atmosphere was lovely. Would have expected either more food, or higher quality for that price per

This was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had! My boyfriend and I were visiting on vacation and had dinner here. Our server, Erin was absolutely outstanding- she was knowledgeable and kind and helped me choose the carbonara which was outstanding. Also, I had the best tiramisu I have ever tasted. Amazing! Thank you for an incredible dinner and amazing experience!

A Fine Diner _.

Our experience started out when we arrived promptly at our reservation time only to be told that there were no tables available and we would have to wait. A five or ten minute wait would have been acceptable but we waited 20-25 minutes despite having reservations and then, despite having reserved a "dining room table" were seated at a high top bar table immediately adjacent to the entry to the dining area. So there was a non-stop parade of foot traffic going inches from our table the entire time. In addition there was a speaker directly above our table that blared disco-type music non-stop. If a restaurant wants to tout itself as a "fine place to dine" we think there should be some sort of acceptable dress code. Its not a pleasant sight to see others dressed in torn jeans and wearing baseball caps throughout their meal. Its one thing in a fast food joint or pizza parlor but it does not present a pleasing experience in what was expected to be a nice restaurant. Even the owner who strolled around the restaurant was dressed quite shabbily, looking more like a maintenance person. We ordered drinks -- a Cosmo for my wife and a Manhattan for myself. Her's was served in a traditional cocktail glass. Mine on the other hand was served in a champagne glass and was 1/2 the size of the Cosmo. Two sips and it was gone. And we had to ask the waiter for water after he brought our salads as he had not served us any up to that point. The food itself was at least acceptable. I would hesitate to rate it any higher. If you are truly looking for a "fine dining experience" avoid this place. There is very little ambiance and while the food was acceptable it did not do enough to elevate the entire dining experience beyond a "could have been better" rating. Oh and should you make a reservation rest assured that it only means once you arrive your name is on the list for an available table. They won't be preparing for your arrival at the appointed time. If you truly want a nice dining experience try the Stonehurst Manor just up the road a few miles.

It was great American Italian. Portion size was huge- probably didn't need as much as we ordered but we couldn't decide between side everything sounded so good. The drinks were okay, my husband enjoyed his seasonal cocktail.

The food, service, atmosphere are always outstanding, and this time was no exception. No matter what I order or where I sit, its a 5 star experience across the board. Everyone was lovely from bussers to waitstaff, and the food was phenomenal. I even got to meet Chef Vito!!! Highly recommended

We visit Vito's every visit to the North Conway area. The food never disappoints. I was a little disappointed with the drinks this time but not enough to discourage future visits.

Sadly our dining experience wasn't good. We had a reservation however when we arrived they advised us our table wasn't ready... no biggie we told him we would go to the bar he the. Proceeded to tell us we needed a seat at the bar to be served..... So we weren't being served. It took about twenty minutes to get seated which was ok they were busy. Our server was very sick kept coughing. Took her three attempts running from our table to the kitchen to I am assuming her a drink of water to stop coughing. She was very nice and explained the family was from RI and Federal Hill etc.. we ordered our drinks and they were fantastic however it all ended there.... The food was absolutely horrible definitely not fine Italian dining.... I am a regular in the Conway area own homes there and will never come back to Vito's sadly.

Went there for our anniversary. Been there before. Food excellent. Service was top notch. Even bought some dressing and marinara to bring home. Pasta is imported from Italy where my mother came from! Pricey as you would expect from such a dining experience. No regrets. Wife is worth it!! Certainly better than less money and unsatisfied.Parking: Plenty of free parking. Restaurant is off the main drag, so easy to get into. Exit is onto Rt 302. Not sure if there was another way out.

The food was amazing. I had a shrimp Fra Diavolo special and my husband had the linguini with clam sauce. Both were excellent. Not too salty, just the right amount of spicy in the fra diavolo . The portions are large so we did well by skipping appetizers . Service was very good though our waitress did seem a bit rushed.

Almost everything was as good as usual. I did think the salad portion was less than it used to be-- seemed more like the size of when sharing a meal with someone. Our waiter, Tyler, was excellent!
